Our finicky, shy kitten warmed up to her and was purring and showing her love! Just goes to show how great Taylor is. About: I am an animal lover with years of experience taking care of dogs and cats. I have taken care of dogs in all shapes and sizes ranging from small guys to big pure bred Akita's. I currently work part time and have a very flexible schedule to work with. Morning and afternoon walks are my ideal time of day but will work with any schedule. I do not offer dog boarding or sitting at the moment but take the upmost care of pets on walks. Your pets safety and enjoyment is my number one priority.

About: I have had dogs all of my life. I often pet sit for my parents, in-laws, and friends. I enjoy spending time with all animals. I currently work a full time job as the Operations Director for a local non-profit. I have some extra time during weekday evenings and most of the weekend. I have 2 dogs that are very different - Linus our old man, and Charlie Brown ‘Chuck’ our 4yr old puppy. I feed them twice a day. I try for at least a 20min walk 5-6 times a week, but we usually go long over the weekend. We play. We hang.

About: I've taken care of animals on and off for many years. My schedule is flexible and self directed, so this is a fun side job that I truly enjoy! I have a passion for working with animals and feel privileged to be able to. I have experience caring for a variety of animals with differing needs. I'm experienced with older dogs, separation anxiety and medication administration. I feel prepared to respond to any emergency or need as they come up! I tend to have a calming influence on anxious pets and like to talk to them a lot! Open to helping anyone, but I prefer working within ten miles of Hyde Park, unless I'm house sitting for more than 2 days. If house sitting, I'm happy to water plants, bring in mail, etc. I'm newer here, but I have a profile on Care and references available! I pay lots of attention to the animals I watch. Whatever your pets schedule is, I can likely accommodate it. I'm happy to take your pet on walks, play with them, and give them plenty of attention. I will follow whatever instructions you leave for play and enrichment. I have a fenced-in backyard, which you can see in my photos. My home is pet free. It is also kid free. Your pet will have my full attention if they board with me. It's very safe, and quiet!

I could be the luckiest guy, who has a cat he loves very much, to have found Abbie as a sitter while I took a sabbatical. My biggest anxiety was leaving Hugo behind for a month. When I met up with Abbie for our meet and greet, I knew he would be in good hands, and much of my anxiety faded as we we talked. She communicated everyday, and my cat had to love the attention he got from her, even if his dad was nowhere to be found (he was very happy to see me when I got back). If you have cats that you love dearly, I do not know how you could do any better, at all, than to engage and hire Abbie to help you out. She is genuine and heartfelt in her approach, and I was asking a lot for a person to spend a month looking in on a beloved pet. I simply can not say enough in terms of the positive of my experience in hiring her, and I recommend her highly. On behalf of myself and Hugo, thank you Abbie!
Jim dropped in on our puppy from 8 weeks old to 9 months. He was an integral part of acclimating our puppy to our work schedule. He loves all animals and was a constant professional. He went above and beyond at every step. I can’t recommend him enough for someone trying to figure out how to raise a puppy with a full time job.
Sara came over to let Kobe out a few times over 2 days while I had to be in the office. She was timely, very communicative and I could tell Kobe enjoyed his time with her. She sent me loads of pictures and kept my mind at ease that he was happy to see her and hang out! Her notes were so helpful and absolutely perfect in letting me know how it went!
Rachel was great, so respectful to our home and the doggos loved her, she really understood their personalities individually (one likes to snuggle, the other wants to engage in playing with a ball and spend time outside), and the daily photos reflected that. We will definitely keep using Rachel’s services for our dogs!
