“I booked my two cats for boarding over six nights. My Mamacat is 17+ years old. Patch is 11+, diabetic and requires a daily insulin injections. They are 100% indoor cats. Mamacat is terribly nervous with new people, Patch not so much, but cautious. But I think I was more nervous for my babies, than any of us. I was so pleased with the reality of their stay. Due to all their existing issues, Teri housed them in a more isolated area of her home, by her master bedroom. So their contact was basically limited to Teri and her husband. Photos and updates came daily showing evidence of my kitties' progressive relaxation and adjustment. My heart was breathing a sigh of relief. One note. Due to the need of a more isolated & protected area, there was cigarette smoking in the farthest area where they were housed. For me this wasn't an issue at all. I only mention it since, in a similarly limiting need as mine, it might make a difference in decisions. It protected my "nervous nellies"; they were at ease, and I was pleased. In fact, I've already made a second booking!! I'm so grateful to have found Teri for watching my somewhat special needs furry family members. P.S. I saw a beautiful, healthy horse in the adjacent pasture. Then her personal cat came walking across the yard. As a cat lover I'm compelled to attempt petting all that I see. He was friendly, healthy and obviously happy. My nervousness immediately lowered a couple notches. I absolutely recommend Teri to look after your furbearing loved ones.”

“I Won’t go into great detail, but long story short Allison was amazing from beginning to end. My husband and I were taking a cruise for seven days and got notice about three days in that our dog Cody had attacked his brother Roux. It was a mess, and I’m sure frightening but Allison acted swiftly and took our boys to the vet where they were checked out and were fine. Thankfully her pups were not hurt either. What we’ve learned is that Cody must of been having separation anxiety which he has never exhibited before. (We had just moved into our new home the previous week and then immediately went on this trip) This was our fault! Allison is amazing with animals. She’s very sweet, very thorough, sends updates with pics, and very professional. We feel horrible that this happened in her care and wish we would’ve prepared Cody and Roux better for all the changes that came their way. Lesson learned!
