About: I have several years of personal and professional pet care, but a lifetime of love for animals! I take humble pride in being the stranger that your critter who "never comes out to see anyone" is suddenly on my lap. I've cared for critters of all kinds, sizes and temperaments. Have any questions, shoot me a message! Looking forward to meeting you and your fuzzy or scaly loved ones. I am seeking to make this a 25-35 hrs/week gig with multiple clients. My availability is very flexible and open at this given time (June 2025). I commute between an apartment in downtown Hagerstown and St Mary's County (Wildewood) and care for my family's German shepherd (Freya) and teddy bear (Odin) about 1-2 days a month in W.V. Those dates are preplanned. I'm an early bird, up around 4:30-6 AM. I have a low maintenance mainecoon so she grazes all day and has plenty to do till I come home for my own kitty snuggles. I can only care for your pets on their turf or if you allow it, to take them to public parks. Both of my residences do not allow additional boarding. I personally wouldn't mind, but, rules are rule. I'm very adaptable and would love to keep any routine you have with your pets. From nicknames, babytalk, several walks a day, a bath etc... Write down your desired routine for Fido/Whiskers and I'll do my best to keep them entertained and comfortable until you're back home.

About: I have been dog sitting on weekends for my sister and brother in law for almost a year, she is a 10 month old bernedoodle with lots of energy! I also love caring for senior dogs. I have cat sit for 2 of my neighbors’ multiple cats, and have 2 pups of my own - Romeo and Bambi - both toy poodles aged 4 and 6 years old. I helped train both of them when they were puppies, and they are very well-behaved and loved! I currently work part-time on weekdays in the afternoon, so besides that I would have plenty of time to care for your furry friends - either overnight or for just a few hours! I am free before 5 pm Monday - Friday and after 9 pm, and I am available all day Saturday. I am usually busy Sundays, but can sometimes find time for it if you need full weekend care, so don’t hesitate to ask! I am very thorough and flexible with following any specific instructions you might have for caring for pets in your home. I have experience with crated dogs and free roam pets, so anything you need, I can do!

I have done pet sitting and fostering for families, friends and a dog rescue organization. My husband and I are passionate dog lovers with 30 years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I’ve always been drawn to dogs and spent years volunteering for a dog rescue organization where I gained valuable experience in caring for dogs with a variety of needs. My husband volunteered with me and together we made several trips down south in a large van to rescue puppies from puppy mills or older dogs scheduled to be euthanized for sitting in shelter too long. I have a strong understanding of dog behavior and am happy to provide personalized care based on your dog's individual needs. My hasband and I are both home every day. I am available to care for dogs day or night. We are very active and include dogs in out daily life alone the Potomac River. Spending time in the yard and walking around the neighborhood are part of my daily routine. My home is pet friendly with a large, fenced yard. Dogs are treated as family members. About: I’ve been taking care of the family dogs ever since I was 8! I’ve been the one who’s fed them, taken them on walks, and everything else they need. I’ll treat your pet like family, and I’m an animal lover through and through ❤️ I work full time at a Cardiology office, 8:30-5, so if you have a similar schedule I would be a great fit! I’d make sure the pets’ feeding schedules and potty schedules stay the same :) When I watch pets I generally stay at the clients home, treating like a hotel room and keeping it spotless! Generally I find it’s the comfiest for pets as well so they feel safe in a known environment.

On a daily basis I walk, feed, medicate, bathe, clean up after, and cuddle with dogs of every size and temperament. I will carefully follow any instructions you give me and can provide a huge variety of services from walking to bathing, playing fetch, cuddling, medicating, and more.
