About: I have 6 years experience of hands on veterinary technician experience and over 20 years as pet owner of many different species. I am skilled in administering medications, recognizing signs of stress and illness, handling pets with care, and providing reliable compassionate support tailored to each pet's unique needs! I am a medical traveler and am currently on a 3x12 shift, so I have plenty of time on my days off to come by for a check in or walk your furry family member! I am a former vet tech, so I have a lot of hands on experience handling animals so that they feel comfortable while also staying safe!
About: I can't imagine a life without an animal to share it with. As a retired Chiropractor, when considering options for my new profession, I realized the perfect fit for me would be working with animals. I have always had a pet of some kind throughout my life. I've had a lifetime of experience caring for them. I have had the good fortune to share my life with dogs and cats of all ages. I believe all pets deserve love and excellent care and I look forward to meeting and caring for your pet or animal family soon! I am currently available 5 days per week. For extended stays and vacations, up to 10 days. Overnight stays are welcome as well as specific days of the week. Weekends and most holidays are OK. I will sit with your pets in your home as a drop in visit or overnight within a 38 mile radius. I will travel as far north as Colorado Springs with an additional mileage fee. I will feed, water, give treats, between meal snacks, let out or walk well behaved dogs up to 50lbs and play with your fur babies as per your instructions. If you have house plant pets, I will happily water them too.
