They are still learning to socialize and adapt to new settings but I was so impressed with all of the progress they made with her in only six hours. About: I have 17 years of pet experience. I had two of my own that have since passed away at the old age of 15. I now work from home and take care of my brothers dog while he works. Zuko is his name and he loved playing with other dogs, so would love to help other parents with daycare and a plus Zuko gets a play mate and your baby gets cuddles and walks. I work from home, your pet could hang out with me on the couch or in my office or wherever I am working from. I also go on a morning and afternoon walk around the neighborhood. I also have a secure backyard they can run around in. I have a fenced yard and a three year old rat terrier that makes a great play mate. Make sure to bring their packed lunch and leash for morning walk.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 with our own family dog that was a Yorkie. My husband and I have a labradoodle named Peach that 3 years old now. We take her on morning, afternoon, and evening walks and she is potty trained. Since I work from home, I have more time now to enjoy taking care of our Peach. I work from home full time so I have plenty of time to focus on your dogs needs! I am also available for boarding your dogs on the weekdays/weekends. We have a huge backyard that’s gated and our Peach is great with other dogs. We allow dogs on the couches and beds. We take her outside every 3-4 hours so we would do the same for your pets!

About: I have experience caring for pets of all ages — from energetic puppies to wise seniors. I raised my own dog from 8 weeks old through her senior years, and she lived to be 15½. She was a medium-to-large breed, which made those years especially meaningful since larger dogs often have shorter lifespans. She was part of my life from college through adulthood and taught me a lot about patience, consistency, and attentive care. I also grew up on a farm where animals were always part of daily life. From cats and dogs to rabbits, chickens, and horses, being around animals has always come naturally to me and helped shape my love and respect for them. Since my girl recently passed and I work remotely, caring for pets through Rover has become a meaningful way for me to continue sharing that love while helping other families when they need dependable care for their fur babies. I currently work remotely and by appointment, which allows me to plan pet care reliably and thoughtfully. As long as I have scheduling details in advance, everything runs smoothly and your pets are able to stay on a consistent routine. Communication is very important to me — I send updates, follow your instructions closely, and stay attentive to safety at all times. I’m gentle, observant, and especially comfortable with shy or sensitive pets who do best with a calm, reassuring presence. I live on the first floor of my apartment complex and have a large turf patio for fresh air and easy outdoor access. My complex also has three dog parks nearby for walks and playtime. I do have two cats, and they have their own large catio where they can be safely separated if needed, so every pet can remain comfortable and stress-free.

About: Ever since I was a child, I have grown up around dogs. Our childhood house was always the house where dogs were always welcome. Fast forward to my own house, own pups, and it’s the same hospitality. Our house is the ultimate doggy day care and hotel with a yard, doggy door (for those smarter pups), and local park to walk and play at. Safety is a top priority for my pup, and those I watch. I treat every dog like my own and know our precious babies are irreplaceable. PS, I’m the guy who plays dog tv for Ari, my golden retriever. Currently work from home with my wife. Plenty of free time to walk, fetch and snuggle. I live near the airport so we are an easy drop off for travelers. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. We have a fenced yard with a tall fence. We have dog sat dogs of all sizes and tempers and have a good sense of social skills and situations. We have hosted up to 5 dogs in our house at once and know to separate social time from rest time.
