I had never used Rover before, but I found Melissa and Jonathan on the app at the last minute and decided to give it a try. Despite the short notice, they immediately agreed to a meet-and-greet that same night before I had to leave. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding from the very beginning. Their space was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for my pet’s needs. Throughout the entire stay, they kept in touch with me on a daily basis by sending updates and pictures, and they were always quick to let me know if they had any concerns. I am very grateful that I was able to trust them with my pet, especially on such short notice and I would happily have them care for my pet again in the future. They are a hardworking, wonderful, and loving family, and I highly recommend them!”
