About: Me and my family have taken care of all kinds of pets for years: dogs, birds, and lizards. I’ve had dogs all my life, and others often rely on me and my daughter to take care of their pets! I’m working a part time job and also have to check in on my parents. I’m available after 4:40 PM on weekdays and anytime on weekends I live in a safe, calm neighborhood with much space to walk pets if needed. “We will definitely use Melody again- you will not be disappointed! We have a 9 month old golden doodle and decided to take a last minute trip. We have never used a boarding service before, so I was extremely nervous! Upon booking, we spoke with Melody, who was quick with her responses, she explained her background (30 years of dog sitting!), the layout of where the dogs stay, and her daily routine with them. We felt she was a good match for our expectations. We arrived at her location, and felt a huge sense of relief! Melody has safe drop off/ pick up procedures, she has multiple gates you have to go in/ out of, and a large area in the back for the dogs to run and play. She evaluated Charlie and reassured us she was in good hands. We received a text 5 minutes after drop off that Charlie was happy and had already made a few puppy pals. With our overly excited, crazy dog I was expecting to get a phone call asking us to pick her up-NOT AT ALL! We are very happy with this experience and in fact, we spoke with Melody about bringing Charlie a few times durning the week for daycare. She is reasonably priced and truly cares about each pup! Only negative was, we did not get to see the atmosphere of where the dogs stay inside, but this is Melody’s house, so we respect that.”

About: Pets are my world. I volunteered at an animal rescue for 8 years before I moved out of town. I had a 14-year-old rescue who was blind and diabetic. I gave him two injections a day and cooked his food every week. Let your pup be my new bestie. I currently do not have a set schedule so my schedule is pretty flexible to keep your babies company when needed even in short notice! I currently only work 3 shifts a week so I am available to take care of and board your pets! I have a lot of free time which means your pet will have all the attention and love they desire. At first our dog was a little shy and unsure, but she eventually warmed up to her and started getting excited for their walks and playtime. I was honestly nice seeing her look forward to the visits. She always made sure our dog was fed and had fresh clean water, and even with only 30-minute visits, she still took the time to walk and play with her. Our dog can pull a lot during walks, but she handled her really well and seemed patient with her. I also want to point out that Melody has a 5' fence which is one of the reasons we decided to go with her as our sitter. About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was young rather it be neighbors, friends, or family! I’ve always enjoyed the work and I’m looking to expand my pet friends! I currently work full time so most of my visits to homes will have to be in the evening or weekends, but if you choose to select me to sit I do have a partner that will care for you pet on the opposite schedule of mine. About: I’ve taken care of, for one, my own dog since I was young and besides from that my neighbors, friends, and family always rely on me when they’re out of town to take care of their pets:) I’ve taken care of puppies and senior dogs! I’m currently enrolled at the University Of Louisville, and have some in person and also online classes so when I’m available could differ but I’m pretty flexible and I could bring my laptop anywhere! I love pets like they’re my own, I have a deep spot in my heart for them all🥹 I can crate any size dog if need be (I know some worry about that). About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds ever since I was roughly 13 years old, and am also able to administer medications to animals. “We will definitely use Melody again- you will not be disappointed! We have a 9 month old golden doodle and decided to take a last minute trip. We have never used a boarding service before, so I was extremely nervous! Upon booking, we spoke with Melody, who was quick with her responses, she explained her background (30 years of dog sitting!), the layout of where the dogs stay, and her daily routine with them. We felt she was a good match for our expectations. We arrived at her location, and felt a huge sense of relief! Melody has safe drop off/ pick up procedures, she has multiple gates you have to go in/ out of, and a large area in the back for the dogs to run and play. She evaluated Charlie and reassured us she was in good hands. We received a text 5 minutes after drop off that Charlie was happy and had already made a few puppy pals. With our overly excited, crazy dog I was expecting to get a phone call asking us to pick her up-NOT AT ALL! We are very happy with this experience and in fact, we spoke with Melody about bringing Charlie a few times durning the week for daycare. She is reasonably priced and truly cares about each pup! Only negative was, we did not get to see the atmosphere of where the dogs stay inside, but this is Melody’s house, so we respect that.”
