About: Currently a golden retriever and cat mom, my love for animals began when I was a child. In my adult life, I have owned a Corgi, St. Bernard, and cats that I have cared for their entire lives. I am looking to help others in need of pet care, whether it is a daily walk or visit, or overnight boarding. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule to help with pet care. I can provide daily walks or outside time as needed. Dogs and cats are like family to me. Your pet will be treated as one of my own - with lots of love and attention!

She ate all her meals at Peter’s house (which she rarely does at home) so I know she was relaxed with him. At pick up, she made a point to go over and lean into him to say goodbye! As an active outdoor-loving dog who needs a good run in the woods every day before snoring on her dog bed at night, she wouldn’t do well in a typical kennel situation. Luckily I found Laura! She makes sure my dog gets in a good run, eats her dinner, and plays well with others. That Luverne has bonded so closely with the house dog and Laura’s family makes her visits even more fun. I wouldn’t put her in anyone else’s hands.”

We were traveling to the Burlington area from about 3 hours away, and after our dog sitter fell through last minute, we needed someone to take care of him while we were busy all weekend. She was very accommodating and welcoming to him right away which made us feel at ease with the whole situation. She is fantastic with the pups, she’s not only makes sure they have plenty of outside play time(very good size fenced in yard!), but she is very careful to follow instructions and specific requests. She’s genuinely loves all dogs and that is obvious from the very start. While he was there we received multiple pictures every morning and evening as well as had any questions answered almost immediately. If we lived closer, our pup would be a regular member of the pack for sure! When we travel to Burlington in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Christina!”
