“Steve went above and beyond during his visit. One of our dogs had run away the night before and Steve helped search for her (which was totally not required of him) while he walked our other dog. Once our lost dog was found, he stayed at our house to receive her (we were out of town) and made sure she was safe and sound. He did everything we asked of him and more. 10/10 would recommend.”

About: I had a dog for 10 years, helping with training like sit and shake, all the way to helping my dog as a senior. I frequently volunteer on KC Pet Project animal shelter where I have given dogs of all sizes dog day outs! I know how to handle a very excited pup all the way to a mellowed out dog! I am very patient with all animals and love giving them the attention that they need. While my own dog was going through cancer in his final months I took him to all his vet appointments, kept on top of all his medicine and physical care. I am currently a college student at the University of Kansas. My class schedule allows me to visit/walk your furry friends starting at 10:30 in the morning all the way to the late hours of the night! Helping your pet will allow me and your pup to get the exercise and fresh air that we both need. With my class schedule I can ensure your pet will walk in the morning before it becomes too hot and drop in any time of the day. I will make it a priority to visit your pet 3-5 times a day. Providing them with walks, playtime, snuggles and food. I will ensure safety for your pet by taking them out regularly, making sure their water bowl is replenished and hopefully keeping them a happy dog while the client is away! If your pet is a senior dog I have experience with administering oral pills for your pup, applying cream, eye drops, or any other kind of medication. If you pet is a pup I can provide safety from other dogs to reduce the risk of harm to your pup and the other pooch.

She was rescued from a bad bad situation and has come so far from when we got her. Amelia was amazingly patient and genuine with her. She sent me a picture and Annie looked so relaxed with her! About: I love your dog like my own. I provide a clean and safe environment with a structured schedule. I send daily photos with updates on how they are adjusting. I have taken care of dogs for most of my life and I'm a loving dog mom to my senior pup Ella. I've handled big dogs and little does, hounds, mastiff, you name it. From energetic to couch potato, I haven't found a pup I couldn't handle. Love them all ❤️ I work a structured schedule from 7-3 every weekday with weekends off. I potty and feed before work and hurry back to care for the pup after-work. I keep a clean, well-kept home with nothing out for dogs to eat or swallow. I have lifeproof flooring so they can roam freely with easy cleaning in case of accidents. I have a fenced in backyard for potty, playtime, or basking in the sun (as my dog loves to do). I live in a safe quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic and can provide daily walks, administrate medication, or any special requests you may have!

About: Animals have always had an extremely special place in my heart. Ever since I was a kid I’ve helped care for my family’s own pets: feeding them, caring for their health, giving baths, taking them outside and on walks, and pretty much anything else having a pet entails. I also am in the process of beginning volunteering with the cats and dogs at Lawrence Humane Society! I am a full-time student, but I am available whenever I am not busy with classes. I also have a few volunteering shifts throughout each week that I need to work around, and a job (that I will be done with next month). I provide them with food and water, clean up their litter, play with them, take the dogs on walks, and show all the animals lots of love! I am also flexible and open to doing whatever I am able to.

About: I have been walking and watching dogs and other animals for many years! Family, friends, and neighbors have relied on me to take care of their fur babies. Due to my love of dogs, I decided to get a job at a doggy daycare two years ago. Working there has been the best job experience of my life. It has made me grow a deeper appreciation to each kind of dog, personality and temperament. I was quickly promoted to a shift lead at the daycare due to my hard work and deep care of the dogs. I ensure that each dog is taken great care of and loved while away from home. I am able to easily recognize canine language and adapt to their needs. Additionally, about two years ago, my family decided to adopt a puppy, Beau. I spent the beginning months of his life training and taking care of him before moving away from home. It was a difficult, but rewarding task that I can’t wait to experience again with my own dog. While I am a major dog lover through and through, I also have a deep appreciation for cats. I have two 1.5 year old cats that have such funky personalities and are different in their own ways. I love them with all my heart! In all, I absolutely love animals and would love to take care of your fur babies while you’re away! Due to living in a college home, I cannot own my own dog yet. Even when I am not working with dogs, or at home with my own cats, I enjoying walking and taking care of others’ animals! I am a full-time student at the University of Kansas, but my class schedule leaves me with lots of time before and after classes. With my part-time/full-time job at the doggy day care, I still have plenty of time for your fur babies, I just may need to readjust watching hours! I can easily adapt to your pet’s needs and schedule. I want to ensure that they are comfortable and happy while being watched! I also would love to keep them as close to their schedule as possible, I know it can be difficult for some dogs to adapt to change, but I want to help make their lives as stress-free as possible

About: I am a nanny 3 days a week. Other than that, I am home all day everyday, I have tons of open availability to give your pets the love they deserve! I have been watching dogs from a very young age ! My sisters dad owns a dog training company so I was raised around dogs! I work Mondays from 7-4, Thursdays 11-7 but won’t be working Thursdays started in August. Fridays I work 7-4. I am home around those hours and have fully open availability! I have a giant fenced in backyard! Friendly neighbors with friendly pets and a safe and friendly neighborhood to walk the dogs in! I have 4 roomates as well so there is always someone home!

About: I've had a variety of different dogs of all different sizes since I was a kid. I currently have one dog who is my buddy for going on hikes! I am fully qualified to complete my offered services, and understand the extent of cleaning up toys, going potty, or just giving them some TLC. I'm currently on summer break for the next three weeks so I have plenty of time to tend to your pet care needs! When it comes to walks, I prefer mornings due to the heat, but depending on other services I am pretty flexible. Being a pet owner myself, I understand the important of creating a fun, yet safe environment. Especially with the summer heat, I think it's extra important to find ways to keep pets entertained even if it's indoors.
