About: I have taken care of pets since I was 13 and house sat since I was 15!! I was also a kennel tech for a year! This included giving medication, bathing, feeding, and just plain old watching the pets! I know CPR for our fury friends too! I have two dogs of my own as well as four cats so I am completely comfortable with a variety. I am a college student working on my masters online while working another job as well. My schedule is pretty straight forward for me so pet care will fit well as long as I keep my calendar balanced. I am comfortable house sitting for both dogs and cats. I am more than capable of crating or letting pets out to potty. I usually keep treats on me anytime I care for a furry friend. When I walk animals, I usually go for 30 minutes to an hour so that they get the excercise needed. I also have bags for when they do their business on a walk.

“Michelle was so amazing, it warmed my heart to know someone was actually giving my cat love and attention as much as I would because that’s usually a pet owners biggest fear. I was out of the country for around two weeks and worried about my cat because she tends to be a little shy and scared of new people and typically i only know how to deal with her. Michelle was perfect !! letting my cat slowly warm up to her presence visit by visit. She would send photos every visit and that was very reassuring, she would play with my cat and feed her and cuddle with gigi. I would get photos of gigi playing, running, and cuddling which is not her norm for when she meets new people so i was very happy with that.There wasn’t a moment where I was worried about my gigi. Michelle is so nice and compassionate and sweet and it shows because my gigi warmed up to her, she responds to messages and updates me where i felt reassured and comfortable, I could not be happier that i found her to take care of my cat and i was honestly lucky to have her as my pet sitter.I would definitely choose her again over anyone if I ever had to leave my cat again but in general with any animal because she actually cares.”

About: Hello!! My name is Maisy. I have worked in various different animal related jobs for the last 5 years, I worked at a doggie daycare/boarding facility and I currently am a dog trainer. I have experience with both puppies and elderly dog as well as cats, reptiles, birds, and farm animals. I also am open to limited contact boarding for people reacting dogs and can do crate rotation for dog reactive dogs away from mine. I work in the evenings 4 days a week so I spend the mornings/afternoons out playing with the pups then they take naps in kennels while I’m at work and we play some more when I get home. I also can move my dogs kennels out of the “dog room” and your dog can just stay in there instead of a kennel if they are more comfortable that way. I have 5 dogs that are very active and friendly. About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 and I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs and one cat of my own, so I’ve always been around animals. I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I get to work with all kinds of dogs. I help with playgroups, feeding, medications, and making sure everyone is safe and doing well. About: I have been lucky enough to take care of my friends' and families' pets for over 15 years. It can be hard on pets when their people are away. I appreciate that, and take extra care in making sure their schedules are kept and they get the love and attention they need to make them feel secure and happy. I often take care of my brother's 11 year old german shepherd, three cats, 6 chickens, and my nephew's beta fish while my brother and his family are away. I have watched many of my friends' dogs and cats (some with medical needs) as well as a sweet blue-cheeked conure. I am almost always available, and I feel comfortable giving medication in any form if necessary. I am lucky enough to have a pretty flexible work schedule. I have the ability to cater my schedule around your animals’ needs and schedules. I respect your pets daily routine. Although I can't say I've taken care of every breed out there (doubt that many people can) I have definitely seen my fair share of mutts and purebreds alike; from Corgis to Chihuahuas, Danes to Dobermans, Lhasa Apsos to Shar Peis, and even a couple of wolves (3/4 mixes) as well as a few rodents, cats, reptiles, arachnid and birds. About: I’ve had pets since, forever! When I was younger 3 of our dogs had puppies at the same time & then we had 27 dogs to care for! I personally had a yorkie for 8 years. I have so much patience and love for animals and they are much more than animals & pets to me. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats most of my life! Friends and family rely on me for great pet sitting, cuddles, tons of playtime! I’m free for most of the summer besides helping out at my grandmas office or running errands when asked! Taking adventures with my own pup most of the time! In my home I have a cat and a German shepherd puppy! They typically eat at 5 am, go outside after 20-30 minutes after meal time. I always check for ticks on each dog after they’ve been outside it’s summer! They like to come out more often now. I will always ask of a pets diet regimen, such as their foods, allergies, favorite treats, if they have sensitive stomachs, or if they are fully vaccinated! I also have a car that has pet covers on the seat because of my fur baby who loves car rides. I will ask what your pets schedule looks like such as feeding times, and bathroom breaks.
