She was absolutely amazing with our puppy, Lily, sending us updates, pictures, and videos that really put us at ease. Katie had crates available so we didn’t even need to bring our own, and she created such a safe and welcoming space for Lily even while boarding other dogs. We could tell Lily was enriched and stimulated during her stay, and she loved playing in the fenced-in yard with her new dog friends. Katie was also very flexible with timing, which we really appreciated since we needed to book on short notice. Lily came home happy and we could see she was loved and cared for like family. We’ll definitely be booking with Katie again!
