She was very communicative, sent lots of photos and updates, and I felt confident they were safe, happy, and well cared for the entire time. The only small note is to double-check the most up-to-date care instructions before each stay, as there was a mix-up with feeding directions due to older info still being on the app versus updated notes on our fridge.
