About: I’ve taken care of several pets throughout my life. Prior to moving to Jackson, I lived in Denver and I treated my roommate’s dog — Trixie— (cute Yorkie) as essentially my own! Trixie and I went on walks together; I’d occasionally take her out if her mom was unavailable, and I’d dog sit her when her mom went on vacations/trips. I love matching a dog’s energy whether that includes cuddling with them, taking them on walks/hikes, or playing in the park. I’m a sucker for giving them treats but am VERY strict about no human food and adhering to whatever dietary restrictions they have! Dogs are my therapy; caring for them happy makes me happy. I work a remote job Mon-Thurs and am therefore available to work from anywhere (even your home!) whenever you need me to. I am off every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and can make myself available all day! I always ensure I’m aware of a dog’s walking behaviors. I never walk without a leash and do not allow them to go off lease and in a public setting until I know I’m comfortable with them. I never give in to begging for human food and always ensure I shut crates appropriately as desired by the owner. I often reward puppies with small treats for positive enforcing behavior.

I have been pet sitting for at least 10 years now.I also have experience working in a veterinary clinic with animals ranging from dogs, cats, bunnies, ferrets, birds, chickens, and reptiles of all kinds! I usually work weekends but have off Tuesday-Thursday and am available for walks, drop-ins, or overnights those days visits. About: I love animals! I have been taking care and sitting for friends dogs for about 4 years. I even volunteered at a dog shelter in Mexico ( as shown in profile picture! ). I am very outdoorsy/athletic and miss having dog companions since I have left home. No matter what size, age, or personality I would lover to take care of your dog! I currently do not work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, so have plenty of extra time to care for your dog/cat. In The end of September and all of October I will not be working, which frees my schedule up even more! I have a reliable car to pick your dog up to either house sit, take on a hike, or walk around my small neighborhood. My house and roomates have no other dog, so need to be worried about other dog interactions.
