“Aliana was AMAZING with our dog, Teddy! We got lots of updates and pictures which put us at ease during our trip. She was not afraid to ask questions about his needs and her follow through was wonderful. Aliana did a great job of taking care of our home like it was her own and we know that Teddy got the best care! She went the extra mile of taking him on walks, giving him his food in his special toys and taking care of our garden. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be hiring her again? Thanks Aliana!!”

“I highly recommend Alaina for overnight, in-home pet-sitting. She stayed in my home to watch my adult reactive dog for three days. I received consistent, proactive updates throughout her stay on how my dog was doing and what he was up to without me needing to ask. She even let me know when he had positive experiences with triggers. My dog has a strict routine because of his behavioral problems, and she kept him on his routine very closely and made sure to let me know ahead of time if/when her schedule conflicted with accommodating his normal routine. Upon my return, it is clear that she took good care of my home and space as well as my dog. He has been his normal self ever since I returned from my trip, which was a huge concern for me. I definitely trust that Alaina can provide quality care for reactive and nervous dogs and would recommend her services to any potential clients with such dogs and related concerns.”

About: I've taken care of my own pets and all of my friends and family pets. I've had almost everything from chinchillas, to guinea pigs, to leopard geckos, to a bearded dragon and of course cats and dogs! I dedicate my time to my pet care and dog training so outside of running errands and my dog training appointments, my time is pretty open! I have experience with animal handling from my various jobs involving animals such as being a dog groomer and dog trainer. I can even handle dogs who don't get along and need to be crated and rotated.

“Zari was fabulous and our dogs love her. She over communicated and was sure to send pupdates and pictures often. She was clean and respectful, and we look forward to many more beagle sits with Zari.”

About: I’ve had experience with rescue animals in my home since my childhood. I began working as a pet sitter and dog walker (babysitter as well!) at 14, which has always been my favorite job! I was able to get a job as a kennel assistant in a veterinary clinic at 16 and worked my way up to a veterinary assistant position. I have dealt with administering medication and other veterinary procedures, and dealing with more special care required animals. I’m a college student taking online and in person courses through the local community college, so I have a pretty open schedule. Working a traditional job in college can be quite stressful, so I’m giving this a try! I have been working in other people’s homes for several years babysitting and pet sitting. I’m happy to clean dishes, take out trash, carry in mail and packages, and any other simple tasks. I always try my best to clean after myself and the fur babies each visit!

“Nacho and Mia loved having Hope stay with them. There was good communication and a quick response when we initially reached out. The home was left exactly as we left it, and overall, there is nothing but positives to say. Our pets were well cared for and happy. We will hire Hope again.”

“Victoria is a repeat sitter for us this time however she watched all three of our dogs. They are finicky when interacting with each other and she did everything to make it a smooth weekend for them. I appreciate all the updates, care and compassion she gives the dogs.”

About: I work at the VBSPCA in the kennel so I know dogs pretty well. I currently have a 7 year old dachshund named Leo who’s great with other dogs and cats. My work schedule varies month to month. I can walk dogs or take care of pets in your home if my work schedule allows, or I can board in my apartment (dog friendly dogs/cats or small animals). I also have years of experience medicating dogs, cats, and small animals, and can trim nails on dogs and cats. I work 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week at the VBSPCA. It varies each week but I do get a monthly schedule each month. I live in an apartment in Newtown on the 3rd floor. I walk my dog or take him to the dog park when he needs to go out. If your dog has a routine he/she follows, let me know and I can accommodate!
