About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I previously worked with Wag and have walked 100+ dogs, giving me experience with everything from energetic pups to shy or nervous dogs. I’ve also had my own dog, Chewy, for 7 years, and he’s truly my best friend and travel buddy. I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs, comfortable with different routines, and treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is always for your dog to feel safe, loved, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m currently in between jobs and actively job searching, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I have my own dog, Chewy, who I’ve cared for for 7 years, and taking care of him is a big part of my daily routine. We typically walk about 3 miles a day, and I’m used to keeping a consistent routine with walks, meals, playtime, and plenty of attention. I care for every pet as if they were my own, while making sure to follow their individual routine and their owner’s instructions. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, playtime, and giving pets plenty of affection and companionship. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and keep things clean and tidy while making sure their pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are doing well while they’re away.

About: I have taken care of animals including dogs of all sizes as well as cats since I was young. I grew up with 7 dogs at one point and now we have a cat as well. I am a stay at home mother, so my availability is open often during the week and weekends and would love to help when I can :) I will treat your animals as well as I do my own. About: I grew up with a menagerie of animals, including lots of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I spent many years fostering dogs and volunteering with dog adoptions for the ASPCA. While I’m new to Rover, my friends and family have counted on me for years to dog sit, train, dog walk, etc. their furry family members. I am very active and your pup will get long morning walks, hikes, and lots of exercise! I have a large fenced in yard as well. Animals bring me so much joy, and I couldn't imagine a life without them :) I have one dog who has a moderate activity level. Every morning we take a long (at least an hour) walk before I leave for work. I currently work Monday-Thursday but am available to pop home for potty breaks if your dog is boarded with me. Friday-Sunday I am around at home and take dogs with me for walks or hikes on those days. If your dog is a couch potato, that works too :) I have a warm and welcoming dog-friendly home. They'll find lots of stuffies and soft & cozy places to land. Your dog will get lots of pets and cuddles but I also give them space to rest and get settled in. My dog loves to play with other dogs and I have a large fenced in yard as well for playtime!

About: I've worked with many breeds of dogs. Mostly small to mid-size dogs with a variety of traits. Mostly working dogs namely Blue Heelers & Huskys. I tend to live an active lifestyle and that means hiking/walking/and lots of exercise. Rest assured both me and your pooch will be getting a good workout! In the past I've facilitated overnight lodging for dogs, and temporary stays of up to a few days. Be noted I do not currently have a large open or fenced in yard. I work with neighbors and friends pets on quite a regular basis! I regularly feed, train, walk & care for pets when away or on business! I work from home so this environment provides a perfect spot for pets to be nurtured & played with consistently! I always check prior to booking any special exercise and or dietary needs of your pet. Ensuring door remain locked when inside and timer's are set for when pets receive food upon client preference. Safety is of the upmost priority, so I will discuss a full plan and schedule so you know where you pup is and his progress while away. I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

About: Hi, I’m Alexis!💞☺️👋🏼 I have always loved and had a connection with all types of animals and joined Rover in the summer of 2022 to fill some of my time, I took a short break but now am back to sitting in CoeurdAlene, Idaho to fill some of my free time!☺️🐾 Before I found out I didn’t quite have the stomach for it and actually explored the career, I always wanted to be a veterinarian so I could get to work with animals! Since I couldn’t handle the messy medical parts now I love to sit + walk the fur-babies, take them to the park, and give lots of snuggles + treats!🥰 I’ve took care of pets since I was little and our animals had multiple litters of puppies and kittens as well so I’ve got to take care of little fur babies too along with the experience I’ve gained through Rover❤️ My mom and I ran a pet sitting page through Thumbtack in 2014 for a few years that was super similar to Rover and we were voted a top sitter under ItsRainingCats&Dogs<3 I love getting to feel like I’m helping a family and pet stay close while they are apart, while I’ve done pet sitting I’ve worked with elderly, blind, deaf, and other disabilities that needed help with some extra things.❤️ I like to make sure the animal always feels as comfortable as it can if staying in my home so let me know any special needs and I will always send pictures!😊 I’ve also given medications before if your animal needs to take them while being watched just as long as it’s pills or oral, I’ve never administered a shot.❤️ I have a small lab retriever mix who is full of energy when he wants to be and has never not wanted to introduce himself to the others, he is about 20 lbs and going on 8!😊🐾 He also LOVES to get out of the house and go on car rides + swimming so as long as it’s okay with you and your pet wants to, they can come on the adventures as well!🥰 I’m currently finishing some school online and work on jewelry for my Etsy shop in the daytime so I am almost always home during the week and usually just run quick errands throughout the weekends so I’ll always be back to check on the pets if I go anywhere as long as they work well being left alone, if not can make arrangements☺️ I have a large grassy field I let them use the bathroom every 1 -2 hours and always watch over them while they eat just in case anything were to happen. If you’re furbaby gives you a hard time in the bath or you’ve noticed they’ve been getting a little stinky, I don’t mind sitting in there with them and getting wet. If they get anxiety from baths I can bring treats and help them stay calm.❤️ We have some oatmeal soap for dry + sensitive skin and soft bristle brushes as well as nail clippers if you notice they need theirs done I have been clipping my dogs for a long time😊 I love to get outside myself so if your dog likes to go to the dog park or on walks we’ll be besties🥰🐾 Me and Winston go swimming often as well in the warmer months! I always will supervise feeding times or manage if pets need to eat separately, I let the babies out and pick up if the owner wants me to keep the yard clean, watch to make sure no doors or rooms that are supposed to be kept shut are left open, make sure crates/kennels are secured 100% when leaving, I always will put a leash on when going anywhere with a pet and bring water if it’s hot outside to keep the babies cooled down🫶🏼

About: I have always had dogs since I was a kid and I love to take them out on hikes, walks, to the beach, and playing fetch in the yard! I have watched dogs for my family and friends and I love being with animals! I am currently not working or in school and have lots of time to hangout at home with the pets! I love being outside and going on walks or swims with the animals! I have a doggy door at my house with a nice fenced yard and plenty of toys for the animals! I am home all day and love to spend time with animals! I have two friendly dogs and a sweet cat! One is a golden retriever and she is very sweet with other dogs but mostly sleeps all day. The other one is a pointer and loves to play and run around! Our cat is usually sleeping or climbing around outside.

I’ve lived with black Labs mostly but dogs of all sizes my whole life including senior-blind/diabetic-neglected-and puppies and love teaching basic tricks and catering to loves and dislikes to keep animals as comfortable and safe with me as possible! “Lori cared for my much-loved kitties, Blanca and Gizmo, for two weeks while I was on vacation. My kitties became comfortable with Lori during our meet & greet and I was thoroughly impressed. They are sweet kitties but usually a bit skittish around new humans, except Lori. Lori did a combination of drop-ins and overnights. She sent me updates and pictures on a daily basis, so I k new they were happy and well-cared for. I would highly recommend Lori; she is a kind and thoughtful person and was amazing with my kitties.”

My husband does need to pick up and drop off our children from school during the day. For your pet’s safety, they will be securely crated during those brief times when no one is home. Otherwise, we are home frequently and able to give your pet plenty of companionship and attention.
