“My husband and I are typically only away (and need doggie care) 1-2 times each year. Maybe less. I call them my Covid babies because I have worked from home most of their lives and so they are very attached and are blessed with frequent potty breaks and outside experiences. They’re a bit clingy and needy. After a bad kennel experience that out my sensitive babies in the defense with other dogs, I began looking for alternate options. My experience with Rebecca was my first time using Rover. My husband and I were only away from home for about 28 hours. We booked two of the one hour drop ins. One in the evening (about 8 hours after we left) and one in the morning. Hunter (black lab) is a known house pooper when left unattended, (hence the nickname Poops). We came to no poops in the house which is a huge win. The two boys were clearly happy upon our return, as if they wanted to tell us about what a great time they had. A very different demeanor than what the distress they exhibited after picking them up from a local kennel. NEVER AGAIN! I loved that I could see where they went in a walk, how/when they ate, how many poops/pees they had, had photos, and a summary of their drop in. I asked Rebecca to check our doors to ensure they were closed securely and locked before she left and she assured me she is a Mayer permitted checker. What a relief!!! (Our doors, when left unlocked, can be opened by the dogs who will run away so I was concreted.) We didn’t not require her to attend to the cat considering we were only away for a short time, but she was sure to check in on him to. Overall, I was over 100% satisfied and will happily rebook with her again in the future. Sorry, Rebecca, that I am tipping late. Technology!!!! :P Oh yeah, and her communication was top notch too! :D”

About: I have grown up with pets throughout my whole life! My family has always chosen to adopt rescues so we have had a variety of animals. I am proficient in puppy care along with administering medication to animals. I am a recent graduate of UW-Madison and would love to start building a client-base in my hometown area! I have a lifetime of experience with pets, specifically dogs and cats. I also live on a 5 acre hobby farm where I have taken care of chickens, ducks, and miniature horses. Growing up, my family always had 3 dogs (big, little, and everything in between), and they became my absolute best friends along with teaching me the importance of caretaking at a young age! My family has always chosen to adopt rescues so I have a diverse understanding of caring for animals of various ages and medical needs. I provide personal care, ensuring each dog feels safe and loved. I completely understand that trusting your best friend to someone requires trust and I am sensitive to both the physical and emotional well-being of your pet. Whether it consists of walks, playing, or snuggling during those relaxing moments, I will ensure your pet has the best level of care! When caring for pets in your home, I guarantee that they will feel safe and comfortable in an environment they know well! I will make sure to follow your pet's routine, providing playtime, walks, feeding, and any other special care they may need (specifically medication schedules). I will also respect your home as if it is my own by keeping it tidy. I will give daily updates and pictures because I know, from experience, how much that can relieve a person while away from their fur-babies:) Currently, my schedule is very open so I would be able to care for your pet as much as you would prefer! If I have a heads up on the requirements for sitting your pet, I would be able to move around my schedule as necessary to fit your expectations. I currently live with three dogs (big, medium, small) and a cat! I am consistent with potty/play breaks outside as well as sticking to a specific feeding/medication time! I believe all pets need and deserve attention so I find it incredibly important to give them that needed love and affection throughout the day.

About: I've cared for many different breeds of dogs since I was 8. I have taken care of many different types of animals including birds, cats, and even reptiles! Friends and family have trusted me with their pets for years. I work four days a week at Fox Valley Tech, and once I get off of work, Chase and I go on adventures. I would love to take your pup along! My dog LOVES any animals. Does not matter how big or small he will keep them company. He is an active part of my life and goes with me pretty much everywhere so you can rely on me to keep your best friend in good company.

About: *Important note for reacuring and new customers* Until at least February 2025 I will not be taking any new house sitting requests. I'm unexpectedly adopting a puppy. Long story short, my brother was fostering a puppy for a friend that went homeless and she gave birth to, thankfully, 5 healthy babies. We didn't want them to go to a shelter or strangers as the mom was already in a bad situation so I decided to keep the last one and will have my hands full the next couple of months. If you are desperate and need a house sitter we can work something out just know I may need to bring my puppy. I will have play pens and crates for him and plan on training him well but we all know sometimes their big personalities do what they do 🤣. Thank you for considering my services. Ive grown up with animals 3 dogs and 2 cats were almost always in the house, I used to walk the neighbor's dogs and house sat a couple times for family and a neighbor. I Have been a foster momma of two dogs. Im a caregiver and I always cared for my patients pets as much as I did them. I caregive almost every day 2-6 hours. I pick my schedule and I usually go around dinner time or later unless there is an appointment or something. Other than that I bartend a few times a month but I know that schedule way in advance so I will run it past you and make sure the pets are ok for that time. Despite me being a natural night owl and on bartender schedule, I typically wake up around 8a or 9a to care for the pup/s. I spend most of my day with the pets and I do spend the night when house sitting. I'm a very detailed oriented person and love written instructions! I do take notes during meet and greets but it never fails something get forgotten so don't feel like your bothering me or being extra, leave the note, send the text what ever you need! I love learning and knowing more about your pets that will help me care for them better.

She is very attentive to their health, so can tell when they are sick and knows what to do. Ganelle is a certified Vet Tech and good at what she does.”

About: I’ve taken care of large dogs, small dogs, and cats of my own. I am happy to stop by to feed, walk, let out, bathe, or even set up play dates with my own puppy if you so choose! I work part-time and have a medical internship on weekday mornings. My current availability is limited to Mondays and Thursdays after 3, but I am flexible to opening my schedule in the near future. I am open to most requests for specified pet care, and I understand that certain pets will need more exercise than others, or may need training, etc. If you have any concerns regarding safety or specific needs, feel free to ask!
