“Devin is absolutely fantastic - I can’t recommend her enough! She sends updates (w/ pictures) after each visit and maintains all the little quirks your pets may have. 10/10 every time 😊”

“Caitlin took excellent care of our cats and dog while we were away and kept us updated the whole time! She gave some extra love to our anxious kitty and made some adjustments to make sure she was eating enough, too. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Hannah was a wonderful sitter! My shy girl warmed up to her by the second day and came out of hiding. That made me feel so much better being away and knowing that she wasn’t scared. Hannah communicated well and kept me updated, and she also did (what some may consider) minor things like opening the blinds for Purrkinje.💓”

“Highly recommend!!! Meaghan not only accepted a pet sit for me on short notice but was a great communicator, kind and kept us informed. She was also super punctual and thoughtful about the meds she was giving and what our dogs needed. I had great peace of mind knowing she was caring for our babies while we were out of town.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and the proud owner of two French Bulldogs—a mother and her son. I’ve been involved in every stage of their care, from assisting with the birth of a litter to administering medications and routine injections when needed. I’ve also cared for as many as eight puppies at one time, so I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs while ensuring each receives plenty of attention and care. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply relaxing, I’ll tailor my care to their needs. I work full time, but I’m available before and after work as well as on weekends, allowing me to provide dependable care and consistent communication. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll care for them as if they were my own. “Mary was absolutely amazing! She made sure to make our dog feel so comfortable and loved. She always made sure to do everything we requested so that nothing in our dog’s routine would be different. Will be rebooking in the future!”

“Rebecca is the best. She is consistent, trustworthy, compassionate, kind, and I could go on. She treats my Angel like she’s her own. I never have to worry about Angel, and that means the world to me.”

About: My background sets me apart because I have a reliable and disciplined work ethic from my time in the National Guard, as well as a patient, caring approach to animals, dogs, cats, fish, and small animals. I own two chinchillas! I work part-time as a Beauty Advisor at Sephora and am a veteran of the Georgia Army National Guard. I use Rover as a flexible way to earn extra income while saving for travel and future goals, including moving to New York City and eventually buying a home in Augusta. My schedule allows me to stay adaptable, so I’m able to provide reliable, consistent care and be available when needed for pets. I believe pets thrive best when they stay in their own familiar environment, which is why I prefer to care for them in their homes. I follow the pet’s routine closely to build trust and maintain a sense of familiarity, helping reduce stress and anxiety. I also ensure to follow any specific instructions from pet parents to ensure the pet’s well-being and comfort. I would rather pet sit your pet at home than board somewhere they do not know. 🐾
“Monica was such a blessing to me to take care of my Maddi during my long work hours. She provided lots of pictures and videos during her visits and always communicated clearly to me. Monica took good care of Maddi and gave her lots of love!🩷”

“I can't say enough nice things about Hannah, she is absolutely amazing! She watched my two elderly cats for two weeks, and did a fantastic job. I absolutely hate leaving them and typically worry the whole time I'm away, but after the meet and greet I knew they would be well cared for and safe. They both liked her immediately which is extremely rare for one of them. That same cat doesn't do well with being left, she's always extremely clingy and lethargic when we return home. This was the very first time, (and she's 13 years old) she seemed happy and unconcerned by our absence! It really showed how comfortable and secure she felt. Hannah is kind, professional, and quick to respond. I'd hire her again in a second!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
