“Rebecca was able to give excellent care to our dog and cat. Our kitty is feral and does not like any humans except my husband and myself. She was able to coax him in at night every night. She’s the first to do that!! Also I came home to two happy pets! It was so nice to be on our trip without worrying about our pets. Thank you Rebecca. I highly recommend her services!”

“Mikaela is great with communicating and is punctual. Our Sunny seems to really like her. The first visit went well, and Mikaela wrote up the report card with good details. Thank you! Will use again! Very reasonable price, too.”

About: I have grew up around animals. I volunteered at a vet's office and was also in agriculture classes in high school. I have since got more experience working with animals for about 2 years as a kennel tech at a vet’s office and animal shelter. I’m also certified in pet CPR and currently in school for dog training. I’m trying to build a career up in the animal field to eventually have a business as a dog trainer, doggy day care, and possibly boarding as well. I’m currently doing in school for dog training so I’m not working anywhere right now. So I’m trying to pet sit well I’m finishing school. I’m also hoping during pet sitting I can meet lots of wonderful dog owners and dogs to hopefully since I’m trying to make a career in this as well. So I’m available daily but I do go to church on Sundays so it would be after 2p that I would be available. Unfortunately I currently can board dogs at my house right now but I’m hoping to be able to in the future. But I don’t make that at a owner’s house when taking the dogs out they are on a leash if needed. I also make sure that I do exactly what requests the owner’s have and just treat the animals like I would want my animals treated.

About: Hi there! I’m Grace — a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I grew up with two cats, one timid and one diabetic, so I learned early on how to handle medications and even give injections with care and patience. Now, my husband and I share our home with two lovable black lab rescues — one who’s reactive and needs extra reassurance, and another who’s the definition of friendly! We also have a sweet outdoor orange cat who decided our yard was home. Because of my background, I’m comfortable with pets who are shy, anxious, or have medical needs, as well as those who just want all the cuddles and playtime. I’ve pet-sat for friends and family for years, and I treat every animal like my own — with love, respect, and attention to their unique personality. Whether your pet needs a calm presence, an active play buddy, or just someone reliable while you’re away, I’d love to help! i’m currently working as a full-time Wedding photographer. So, I have a schedule that is pretty flexible throughout the week. On the weekends, I’m available in the mornings and nights. However, I typically am wrapped up at a wedding during the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I understand that every animal has their own personality, boundaries, and needs — and I take the time to learn what makes them feel secure. Because of my background, I’m experienced with pets who need special attention or medication. I’ve administered insulin injections, handled reactivity with patience and calm, and cared for both anxious and social animals. I believe in gentle communication, positive reinforcement, and maintaining consistent routines so pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. You can trust that your pet will be cared for as if they were my own. I keep owners updated with photos, messages, and honest communication so you never have to worry. My goal is simple: for you to have complete peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in good hands.

Clarkesville cat parents share their Rover experiences
We couldn't be happier with the care our dogs received while we were on vacation. From the very beginning, Rover, Mary, was communicative, reliable, and clearly passionate about animals. We received regular updates, photos, and messages that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs were happy, comfortable, and well cared for, and it was obvious they received plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. Coming home to relaxed and content pets was the best indication of how wonderful their experience was. We highly recommend Rover and MARY to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Knowing our dogs were in such good hands allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. Thank you for going above and beyond—we will definitely book again!
