“Michelle was awesome. She was very attentive and communicative. She took excellent care of my Vader during his extended stay, and I would highly recommend her. She sent a lot of photos that definitely helped put my mind at ease. Without question I will have Michelle take care of my dog again.”

“Although I’ve wanted a dog for years I was reluctant to get one because I travel a lot. After I found Rover and then Kacie I am glad I did! We arranged a pre-boarding meetup just to make sure we all vibed with each other and that gave me confidence. Kacie had my pooch for an extended stay and she reached out frequently so I felt like I made the right choice. When I picked up my pooch she was sad to leave her new friends but I told her she will get to visit with them again soon. Thanks again Kacie!”

“Kelsey did phenomenal with our doggy! Great communication and clearly provided a safe environment. Will absolutely utilize Kelsey again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top tier care for their fur babies!”

“Ron was excellent. Great communication and confident enough to let my dog roam off leash for mountain and creek walks! He provided pictures of my girl, which always warms my heart.”

“Wowow, from beginning to end, Lily was amazing. Hadn’t been able to leave town with peace of mind since adopting my dog 4 months ago. Saw good reviews and reached out and am so glad I did! Lily clearly knows and loves dogs, was an excellent communicator, was incredibly flexible and accommodating for drop off/pick up, and more than anything, I knew Franklin was safe and comfy while I was away. She sent regular updates, left us with a toy he loved, and I was greeted by a happy doggo! 10/10 will be using her again ❤️ ?”

“Danielle offers such a warm and inviting environment for dogs to feel right at home. She was super responsive and communicative and gave plenty of reassuring updates during our pups stay. Will definitely use her again and she comes highly recommended!”

“Sarah was very responsible with all text communication. She had a great attitude, and included our dog, Finley in all of her weekend activities. She sent pictures, messages, and videos to keep us informed. We appreciated Sarah very much and will contact her again for further services.”

“Lisa took great care of our girl Rylee while we hiked around the GC rim and took a helicopter flight over the canyon. She was very responsive and sent lots of photos and videos. Highly recommend!”

“Destanee came to my location to meet my fur baby in advance, and she understood the “Velcro” nature of her, and assured me all would be fine. She arranged pick-up with a third party without requiring my assistance (which was great because I was somewhere remote at the time). Thanks, Destanee!”

Many sitters in MT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
