About: Hi! My name is Faith Tupin and I am a substitute Paraeducator in the Davis school district. I grew up on a ranch with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and sheep. I have volunteered at my local animal shelter off and on for a few years and was in 4-H for many years. I have experience with extremely large dogs to tea cup chihuahuas, three legged dogs, dogs needing end of life care (medication administration, pet inhalers), puppies who haven’t been house trained and even service animals. I was taught how to do CPR on dogs even though i’ve never had to put my skills to use. I am active and I love long walks. I am also very clean and will make sure your house looks great when I leave. I currently am working part time and am also able to make my own schedule. This allows me to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities. I always talk to the owners to ensure that I am following their routine and keeping an eye out for any bad habits the dog may have- chewing on cords, digging by fences. I am aware of what food is toxic to dogs and never leave it out. I avoid other dogs on walks and look out for unknown food on the sidewalks that they may be tempted to eat.

About: I grew up with a bird and dog, and a cat was recently added to the family (I do not live with any pets currently). I backpack trained the cat, made toys and fortresses for the cat, took the dog on walks and hikes, whistled to the bird, and gave all the animals as many pets as I can! I've additionally done lots of pet sitting over the years for friends and family: cats, small dogs, medium dogs, rats, mice, aquariums, and insects. I don't mind reptiles either! I have a flexible schedule, spare for Thursdays when I have class (but still available for evenings after 6pm). I am willing to wake up early or stay up late for the job. I make sure to take things slow when needed in order to prevent stress for the animals. I keep a consistent schedule for feeding and cleaning. And I try to engage with the animals as much as possible when they are up for it. There is a tendency to be more easy going but I amp up the energy for playtime and walks. I like to walk in general, so I can go far for those higher energy dogs!

About: I grew up with pets most of my life, and attended dog training classes with my mom starting at a young age. I have had my own pets the last 13 years (dogs, cat and bunny). I have trained and titled one of my dogs AKC Rally and Waterworks ( something specific to my dogs breed). I would be willing to help train puppies, even though I am not a certified trainer. I was recently laid off, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I am available pretty much anytime currently, weekdays and weekends. About: I have always had a dog or some sort of animal around my home since I was a kid but know how difficult it can be to sometimes balance having adult responsibilities and take care of your pets, so I’m here to offer a way that you can have your life AND know your pet is always loved and cared for even when you’re away. I myself have a dog reactive dog and semi-stranger reactive dog so I am comfortable working with reactive dogs! My cat is now in remission but was diabetic so I am comfortable and knowledgeable in caring for diabetic pets. My history with caring for animals has been taking care of my own through a variety of things, and when staying with friends I have assisted them with their 13+ dogs along with other animals. I have worked in the veterinary field for a year at a large specialty GP/ER clinic so am familiar with health care for pets. I am very attentive to animals and am careful to notice anything out of the ordinary so you know your animal is in safe hands. In addition to my own dog and cat, I've also owned & cared for horses for 10+ years and have 4 snakes as well as arachnids if you find yourself needing care for more unique pets! I am a college student so have a slightly more flexible schedule & just have requirements to be able to care for my own dog, cat and horse but am able to add in your pets comfortably! I understand during drop in visits and walks you want to make sure your pets are getting maximized attention and energy requirements fulfilled and I am hear to do that for you!

About: I’ve taken care of six dogs before coming onto Rover. I have experience walking dogs, feeding them, and taking care of dogs of different sizes. I work part-time at my current job, so I have free-time to be able to take care of animals when I’m not working or spending time with my girlfriend. I also just graduated from UC Davis, so I’m waiting to get hired for my full-time career in the meantime. I have an apartment in Woodland where I spend time with my two indoor cats. One of my cats is very friendly with people and other cats, but my other cat takes a while to get adjusted to people and other animals, so I only do visits at other people’s places. I treat client’s homes with care, and ensure I do not make any messes or overstep any boundaries.

About: I’ve been around dogs ever since I can remember, either of my own, from my friends, family, acquaintances, and more. I’ve always loved taking care of all kinds of dogs, I would always burst out with joy whenever someone I knew needed someone to take care of their canine furry babies!
