Kristen was wonderful! I was a little hesitant to use Rover, but I am so glad that I listened to some fellow dog moms about using it. I came across Kristen’s profile and noticed someone I knew who left a review which made me feel better. I did a meet and greet with Kristen prior to our booking and it was very reassuring. She is kind and very welcoming. We have boarded Peaches in the past at a kennel, but our experience with boarding facilities have not been great. I am so glad we tried something new because when we picked Peaches up it was like night and day in comparison to previous stays at the kennel for boarding. She looked like the happiest girl with Kristen. Also, Kristen sent us some photos while we were away and that made us so happy. I couldn’t be more pleased. Book a service with Kristen because you won’t regret it. :)
We received daily updates; they listened to our thoughts about what Myrtle liked and did not like; very thorough and knowledgeable. Seemed to really care about Myrtle and sent pictures of her. We did not worry at all about her andwere very comfortable knowing she was in good hands. When we picked up Myrtile at the end of her stay, she seemed contented and in good condition. If we need to board Myrtle again when we are in that area, we will for sure re-book with Malia.
I hesitate to leave a review, honestly, because I don’t want more people taking up all of Amber’s availability! She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻
Nancy, Stan, and family are awesome. This is the second time they have kept Mowgli for me. He always enjoys his time there. Nancy sends me pics and I can see that he is enjoying time on his vacation. I appreciate their communication and warm attitudes. Very kind people and would definitely recommend.
