“Madeline really saved our butts when our original planned pet sitter chose not to answer her phone the day before we were leaving town, leaving us scrambling for coverage for 11 hours in the middle of the day. “We were nervous about introducing our elderly pup, Bear, to a new boarding situation but with his mobility issues, taking him on trips just isn’t feasible any more, Jaxen assuaged those fears quickly, and took such fantastic care of him! Apparently, the specialized in elderly dog care. Bear was a happy, relaxed boy when we came back. We will definitely be utilizing Jaxen again.”
