About: Growing up in a family that loved animals I had gained experience caring for and training small, medium, and large dogs as well as cats and horses! I have held the titles of Miss Calaveras Saddle Queen, Miss California State Horseman's Association, and Miss Rodeo Oakdale. All of these titles were ambassador rolls for excellent animal welfare care and required a tremendous amount of equine care knowledge. My knowledge of animal care was expanded further during my employment at Angels Camp Veterinary Hospital as first a kennel assistant and then a veterinary assistant. Working at Angels Camp Veterinary Hospital I provided routine walks for a vast variety of dog breeds that were both boarding and hospitalized. I am able to administer medications if need be and willing to help with medical care. Currently a student at UC Davis, my weekly routine is very flexible for providing you the best pet care possible! This quarter mornings and evenings work best during week days and my weekends are open! My employee feedback from Angels Camp Veterinary Hospital described me as thorough, patient, and compassionate. I am confident that I will provide your pet with all the play time, treats, and care they could possibly want!

About: I’m a full time registered veterinary technician. I’m mostly available during the weekend. During the week I’m available after work on the weekdays. I have four animals in my home, two dogs, two cats, and sometimes fosters. animals in general are my passion. I’d rather much spend my days with animals than anything else. Luckily, I’m able to do that everyday. My everyday job really is rewarding when I see patients leaving feeling so much better than when they came in. In ten years I imagine myself having about 100 dogs. I do work a full time veterinary job so I am available for care before and after work. I have a few regulars that I care for and am always open to more. I will always care for your animal like my own. Clean and caring environment. My animals have several places to be comfortable, are fed appropriate diets, comfortable temperatures, and lots of love.

About: There’s nothing I won’t do for my dogs and I will treat your fur baby/ babies the same. I am reliable with a strong background caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve handled everything from high energy puppies to senior dogs needing extra attention. I prioritize safety, love, and playtime. I always provide updates so you feel at ease while you’re away. I know what it feels like to miss your dogs throughout the day or on trips so I can assure you, you will receive as many photos and updates as possible! I’m currently working until 7pm on weekdays, with as many breaks in between as my job is very flexible in how I take my various breaks. I wake up early for my morning workouts so if early boarding or walks are needed I’d be more than happy to accommodate! I have a fenced backyard in my home and 2 dogs who are friendly and love to cuddle as well as play. I can easily crate your dog if need be and provide multiple walks and belly rubs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 and my family always had service dogs/pets so also training and constantly dealing with dogs! :) I just graduated from UCSD, currently taking a gap year while I apply for MA programs! I usually have a lot of flexibility with time! Your safety and your pets safety is just as important as mine. Having communication about safety/rules is crucial to having a healthy and safe pet!

About: I’ve always wanted a dog as a kid but my parents did not want to take care of it. Now that I’m an adult I love taking care of my dog, coco. He is a large dog and very active. He enjoys walking, playing, and getting belly rubs. I would do the same to the dogs I take care of as if it was my own. I also took care of 4 small dogs at a time for 5 years. Training, playing, feeding, and walking. I’m currently have a full time job so my availability will be right after 5pm. During weekends I’m usually available. Occasionally I have family events, but I can accommodate. I always check up on my dogs when I get home. I have an automated feeder and I created a dog door for them to come and go as they please. During the night I usually have them go into their homes to rest. But usually they free roam.

About: Passionate about caring for your furry friend. When life happens count on me to care for your baby, I think it's important for our pets to have someone to watch them when we are away or busy. I am currently on summer break from work. I work as a part time aide at an elementary school and looking to stay busy and share my love to your pets. I am available everyday. I have a fenced backyard that they can freely roam in and can cage them if you would prefer that. About: My work with animals started when I was just 10 years old, volunteering at a family friend’s dog daycare. What began as a childhood passion turned into over 15 years of hands-on experience working with animals of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and temperaments! Over the years, I’ve worked at several dog daycares, volunteered with shelters and rescue organizations, completed an internship at a nonprofit feline shelter and spay/neuter clinic, and worked as an Animal Control Officer. I also have experience in animal behavior and training, with a particular interest in behavioral rehabilitation, socialization, and working with dogs who need a little extra patience or understanding. I remain heavily involved in animal rescue, particularly with Belgian Malinois and German Shepherds, and regularly help foster, evaluate, and rehabilitate dogs in need. At home, my husband and I have quite the little zoo! Our family includes five large dogs (four Belgian Malinois and a German Shepherd), five cats, and some exotic pets. Having such a diverse household has given me extensive experience with different species, personalities, care requirements, and the importance of safely managing a multi-animal home. I’m also trained in pet CPR and first aid, have experience with pet nutrition, and offer basic grooming care, including bathing, nail trims, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. I’m comfortable administering medications, caring for senior animals, and accommodating pets with special needs or behavioral quirks. I understand that every animal is an individual. Some want to spend the day playing, exploring, and staying active, while others would much rather curl up on the couch and enjoy some company. I work on-call, after-hours shifts in healthcare, which allows me to remain home for the majority of my workday. Occasionally, I need to step out briefly to see a patient, but these visits are typically short, and pets are rarely left alone for more than a couple of hours. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to spend plenty of time with the animals in my care, providing regular potty breaks, exercise, enrichment, playtime, and lots of attention. Caring for animals is already a huge part of my everyday life, so welcoming a few extra furry friends fits naturally into our routine! Safety is always my number one priority when caring for animals! With my background in Animal Control, animal behavior, training, and rescue, I’ve learned just how important it is to provide a safe, structured, and comfortable environment for every pet, regardless of their personality or needs. Our home has a fully fenced yard with plenty of room to run, play, and explore. We also have spare bedrooms, extra crates and kennels, baby gates, and designated spaces that allow us to accommodate different personalities, routines, and comfort levels. Whether your pet enjoys socializing with other animals or would prefer their own quiet space, we’re happy to make accommodations! We’re very intentional about preventing accidents. Food, medications, cleaning supplies, and other potentially hazardous items are kept securely stored to prevent accidental ingestion. Pets are supervised during outdoor activities and interactions with other animals, and we never force introductions or allow unsupervised interactions between resident pets and guests. Our own dogs are crate-trained, which allows us to safely separate everyone whenever necessary. One of the biggest benefits of our household is that someone is almost always home! On the rare occasion we both need to step out, we make sure every animal is safely secured in an appropriate space. I’m also happy to accommodate crate routines, feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions your pet may have. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I take the same approach while respecting their established routines and environment. I make sure doors and gates are secured, food and medications are handled appropriately, and pets receive the attention, exercise, and supervision they’re accustomed to. I understand that trusting someone with your pets is a big deal. As someone with a houseful of animals myself, I know how much peace of mind comes from knowing they’re safe. About: I was raised in a home with many pets, which has taught me a lot about how to responsibly and lovingly care for many types of animals. I am a current student, so I am available most of the time until October. June and July I will be busy during most weekdays for a volunteer program, but weekends are open!! About: I've grown up with German Shepherds, and can lift up to 70 pounds. I often house sat for friends and family. One in which had me take care of four dogs and four cats. My jobs included feeding, walking, and playing with the dogs. As they were diffrent beeds/sizes and some were seniors, they had a very strict potty and pill/medicine times, as well as different portions sizes. I do best with written instructions and am task oriented. I am prepared for different animal behaviors and conditions, as I possess a certificate for veterinary assistance. In my care your pet will be throughly loved and cared for. As of right now I am free any day of the week. I am more then willing to do holidays as well as weekends. I am pretty flexible time wise, but do wish for dates to be final set. I am very mindful of pets security and animal behaviors.
