“Our dog has never been left with a boarder; we were very nervous and it was difficult to leave him. In the first 5 minutes, we knew that John was the person for us. He allowed our dog to approach him rather than the other way around and he seemed very interested and knowledgeable in our dog’s shyness and shortcomings. We received reassuring updates and pictures all weekend that showed us our dog was safe, bring well cared for and having a fun time. We will always use John to care for our dog.”

“Sarah and Jamey were great hosts to Ranger! He got to play with other dogs and got plenty of exercise. They were kind, friendly, and flexible, and I would happily book with them again.”

“Christienne accommodates Ollie a lot. She’s very patient and caring with him even when he’s throwing a tantrum when I drop him off. She’s always available early on the mornings before I head to work so that’s a bonus. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe place with good people.”

“Our usual sitter was unavailable & we trusted Abigail with our dog. It was our first time with her so we did a meet and greet. Abigail provided plenty of updates throughout the day without me having to ask. It gave us so much peace of mind. We will definitely be using Abigail again, she was very sweet & caring.”

“Nelson was great with my pup kids, we got updates regularly and took care of Andy and Shadow as if they were his own. I would recommend him and I can’t recommend him enough.”

“This was my first time using the app and first time having my dog board at someone elses house. Cristin was amazing with communication and sending photos and updates about my dog. This was the first best experience my dog and I had. She is the best person to book if your ever looking for someone to care for your baby. She gives all the attention in the world to them and treats them like a princess. I am so happy my dog felt safe and comfortable he normally always nervouse but cristin made him feel welcomed and loved which made him open up.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 13! I am currently on a Pre-Vet track while attending UC Merced. I have experience handling both cats and dogs in a veterinary clinic setting. I’ve worked with plenty of shelters where I would ensure the animals were well fed, socialized, and was able to create a clean/safe environment for them to the best of my abilities. I have 2 golden retriever dogs back in my hometown that I personally trained and raised since they were puppies when I lived with my parents. I am a full time student at UC Merced, however my classes are pretty condensed so I have a good amount of free time each day and all my evenings are 100% free. When I am entrusted with your furry friend I will always be sure to make time for their walks and keep to their feeding schedule! Weekends would be my most availability as it’s the days I don’t have classes. My house has a fenced backyard, and my housemates do have dogs and cats of their own and they are friendly towards other animals! If needed I’ll limit their interaction as I do have my own space in the house which is where your pet would be staying!
“Jocelyn was great with Arlo. He tends to be a little shy and quiet with new people but he made himself at home with her and her family right away. She checked with me before feeding him a treat to make sure it was ok that he had it and sent me cute pictures to show me he was doing good. As long as she’s available I will make sure to rebook her because I know he will be safe and loved. So happy we found her 😊🐾”

“Rebecca took such great care of our little guy last minute for us. We appreciated the photo updates and timely responses. She was so good with him and made him feel comfortable in a new environment. We are so grateful to have found such a sweet dog sitter!”

“Your pets will seriously get the best of care with Taylor and Brian. They both love all pets to bits, and are great at feeding schedules, medicine, and special needs. I don’t think I can recommend them highly enough. I always entrust both my dogs and cats to their care, and have had successful drop ins and boarding.”

About: Babysat for both animals and children, also work as a Pediatric Medical assistant, love to take them out with me especially on my nightly walks and get all our energy out of our system. I am pretty open since I only work three days a week randomly. Just let me know what days you need and we can coordinate. I live in a 2 story house soon moving to a 1 floor house with a huge grass backyard and a huge fence. I’m very big on building a trust system with the animals I babysit especially once with a bad background. They free roam in my bedroom living room and backyard. I go on 30mins- 1 hour walks normally. I love playing games as well with them as well and take them to meet my friends pets too.
“Kristine took such good care of my Husky! We were pretty worried due to his anxiety at night sometimes but she gave him plenty of exercise & loved on him just as much as we would! Also love to picture & video updates made us feel so much more at ease on our vacation. Thanks Kristine!!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
