He allowed our dog to approach him rather than the other way around and he seemed very interested and knowledgeable in our dog’s shyness and shortcomings. We received reassuring updates and pictures all weekend that showed us our dog was safe, bring well cared for and having a fun time. We will always use John to care for our dog.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 13! I am currently on a Pre-Vet track while attending UC Merced. I have experience handling both cats and dogs in a veterinary clinic setting. I’ve worked with plenty of shelters where I would ensure the animals were well fed, socialized, and was able to create a clean/safe environment for them to the best of my abilities. I have 2 golden retriever dogs back in my hometown that I personally trained and raised since they were puppies when I lived with my parents. I am a full time student at UC Merced, however my classes are pretty condensed so I have a good amount of free time each day and all my evenings are 100% free. When I am entrusted with your furry friend I will always be sure to make time for their walks and keep to their feeding schedule! Weekends would be my most availability as it’s the days I don’t have classes. My house has a fenced backyard, and my housemates do have dogs and cats of their own and they are friendly towards other animals! If needed I’ll limit their interaction as I do have my own space in the house which is where your pet would be staying!

She checked with me before feeding him a treat to make sure it was ok that he had it and sent me cute pictures to show me he was doing good. As long as she’s available I will make sure to rebook her because I know he will be safe and loved. So happy we found her 😊🐾”

About: Babysat for both animals and children, also work as a Pediatric Medical assistant, love to take them out with me especially on my nightly walks and get all our energy out of our system. I am pretty open since I only work three days a week randomly. Just let me know what days you need and we can coordinate. I live in a 2 story house soon moving to a 1 floor house with a huge grass backyard and a huge fence. I’m very big on building a trust system with the animals I babysit especially once with a bad background. They free roam in my bedroom living room and backyard. I go on 30mins- 1 hour walks normally. I love playing games as well with them as well and take them to meet my friends pets too.
