About: I am great with animals, I'm also a big fan of animals in general. Many weekends you can find me at the zoo, and I know an unnecessary amount of animal fun facts. I grew up with a cat, dog, and my own tropical fish aquarium. I have plenty experience walking dogs, both my own, and dogs belonging to members of the community in NYC. I have a pampered pet cat, and know that they shouldn't be treated the same as dogs. Cats: - Experience with many cats - Cat sit for friends and family - Happy to clean litter boxes - Will bring cat toys - Understand that cats have complex emotions Dogs: - Used to tri-daily walking schedule - Happy to pick up poop - Listed as a trusted dog walker for BAIP - Know that dogs take time to trust people Other: - Won't overfeed fish - Just tell me how to care for your pet, and I'm on it As of right now, my schedule is completely open, and I am more than happy to work around whatever schedule works best for you. Just let me know! Each animal is unique to each household, and my philosophy when it comes to animal care, is trusting that the owners know best. In other words, I follow exactly what the owners tell me to do. If you tell me that your Great Dane will only go potty if I spin around in circles 3 times, then it looks like I'm spinning. When it comes to animals trusting me, I understand that trust isn't inherent. Generally it come from the correct tone, getting on their level, and as many pats and treats as necessary.

I wash my dogs as needed or every two weeks. I brush their teeth, fur, and clip their nails weekly as well. I only have high quality chew bones and other toys available that don’t pose a risk as my dogs are heavy chewers.

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. Many different kinds, including dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, etc. I will treat your pet with love and kindness. About: Growing up surrounded by animals, I’ve always had a deep connection with dogs. My sister works with a wide variety of animals—from horses to birds—but dogs have always been our shared passion. Thus, my youth involved countless hours volunteering at humane societies and rescue shelters, learning firsthand about animal care, behavior, and the special needs of each dog. From a young age, I took initiative in training and caring for the dogs in our family and community—teaching puppies good manners, helping shy dogs build confidence, and supporting senior dogs with gentle care. This lifelong experience, combined with my passion and dedication, allows me to provide compassionate, tailored care that meets each dog’s unique personality and needs. Puppy Training Expertise ► I've worked with countless puppies over the years to aid in developing good behaviors and manners from a young age, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques to ensure they grow into well-behaved, happy dogs! Senior Pet Care ► Through raising and growing up alongside several dogs, I have a deep understanding of the unique needs of geriatric pets, including medication management, mobility support, astute health monitoring and providing a comforting environment for senior animals. ► Excellent Communication I begin with a comprehensive initial consultation to discuss the pet's needs, routines, and any special instructions or preferences from the owner. This ensures that both the owner's and pet's expectations are clear from the start. I maintain open and transparent communication with pet owners there on, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Pet owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are in capable hands. ► Flexibility I understand that pet owners may have varying schedules and commitments, which is why I offer flexibility in terms of the timing and duration of my services. Whether it's early morning walks, midday visits, or overnight stays, I can accommodate different schedules to ensure pets receive the care they need. ► Passion Beyond being a job, pet care is my true passion; I genuinely love and connect with all kinds of animals, which reflects in the quality of care I provide. My passion drives me to be patient and attentive; I take the time to understand each pet's unique personality, preferences, and needs. This means I can cater to their individual requirements and provide a tailored, enjoyable experience. ► Special Needs Care Many special needs pets may experience anxiety or stress. I provide companionship, comforting routines, and promote a safe environment to reduce emotional distress. Pets with sensory impairments, such as blindness or deafness, require specific care and communication. I adapt my methods to accommodate their needs, using tactile or visual cues to assist them. I also closely monitor pets with chronic pain or discomfort and ensure they receive pain management treatments as prescribed by their veterinarian. When you choose me, you’re not just hiring a sitter; you’re welcoming a caring friend who truly understands and values your dog’s happiness and wellbeing. I’m a student with lots of time, especially with it being summer break, and pet-sitting is my one and only side-gig, which means your furry friend gets my full, undivided attention. With all this flexibility (and let’s be honest, a lot of pent-up energy), I’m ready to pour my time, care, and love into making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and adored while you're away. Whether it’s playtime, cuddle sessions, feeding, or just chill companionship, I’m here to give your furbaby the TLC they truly deserve! Your pup’s safety, comfort, and routine come first. My top priority is making sure your four-legged friend feels completely at ease while you're away — and that means sticking closely to their usual schedule, needs, and quirks. Whether it’s administering meds, following specific feeding times, or maintaining daily habits down to the smallest detail, I’ll do everything I can to mirror their normal day and keep them feeling secure. I also encourage frequent check-ins! I’m happy to provide updates, pics, or even just quick texts so you know your pup’s doing great. Whether your dog thrives on high-energy play or prefers a slower, calm day, I tailor each visit to their personality and your preferences. I’m committed to providing safe, responsible, and personalized care every time — with as much communication and peace of mind as you need.

About: Growing up I took care of my family’s elderly dog and a variety of pets for my neighbors. More recently, I watched three young golden retrievers in one household and three cats in another household. I am absolutely capable of taking care of your precious pets regardless of age, size or special needs. I am available Monday through Thursday after 5 p.m. most weeks, but my schedule is always changing so feel free to reach out with a date you have in mind. I take care of other people’s pets by following the owner’s instructions carefully. I know how important it is to maintain a routine for animals and I want to make sure I’m meeting every pets particular needs.

About: From cats and dogs to ferrets and parrots, ove helped watch them all. I'm usually found at parties where the pets are. I especially gravitate to grumpy old pets. Generally looking to do an overnight watch or pop in once or twice a day for feedings and potty breaks. Really just depends on the pet and what my day jobs schedule looks like . Once food, water, and bathroom needs are met I enjoy spending time with the pet. Sometimes that means just being with them talking or watching TV, other times it might be playing with toys or fetch.

About: I’ve taken care of several dogs over the years. One of the dogs was an older dog who needed me to stay at the house for two weeks and give up to 6 medications a day, so I have experience with elderly dogs. I have also watched 3 week old kittens for an entire week and had bottle feed them every 4-6 hours, so I have experience with young animals like that as well. In addition I have taken care of dogs who are very territorial, and am able to read their body language well to ensure a safe visit for me and the dog too. I’m currently working full time at UHS. Although while I’m at work your pet will be home, I have most weekends off and visit the pets right before and immediately after work. I make sure when I’m in a client’s home I’m not only kind to the animals, but to the house as well. I absolutely love all animals so I give them as much attention as I can because that’s what I would want for my pets. And I update the owner as many times as they ask me to so that they can feel at ease being away from their pet.

Samuel S.Star Sitter
“Sam is honestly just a really nice guy who cares for all animals he takes care of- furry or scaly. I have an American ball python and had to be out of town for a little while. I was really nervous because people are often so flippant with care for reptiles, but Sam really cared for her. He made sure to send me multiple updates about the humidity and temperature of the tank, and pictures of course. He did a lot of prior research as well as took detailed notes of my instructions on how to handle and feed her. When I came back, her tank was clean, she was happily fed, and the temperature and humidity was perfect. Sam is a very thorough and overall great pet sitter!”

Angelina Z.
“Angelina is a dog and cat owner. She is very loving and a great caregiver. She walks the dog, administers monthly medication, baths and grooms the dog regularly. She maintains the feeding and watering of both animals and makes sure the bowls and cat box are cleaned regularly. Any dog or cat would be lucky to be under Angelina's care.”
