About: Hey there! I’m Kristen. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was in elementary school! I have experience taking care of and owning small and large dog breeds, cats, and even farm animals like goats, pigs, turkeys and cows! I also worked at a local public alpaca farm, Majestic Meadows, and provided love, care and husbandry for a variety of exotic and farm animals, including horses, donkeys, alpacas, llamas, and more! I have experience working with animals who have special dietary needs, special medication needs, senior pets, and pets who have physical disabilities and need extra care and aid! I can brush your pet, clean their ears and teeth (if they will let me and it is safe to do so), and give them a simple bath if you would like! Lastly I do have experience in basic behavior training for dogs, including click/reward training to teach sitting, lay down, and release, however I am NOT a professional dog trainer and am not willing to sit for dogs that experience highly aggressive behaviors or biting towards new people. I am currently doing Rover full time, so I will have plenty of time for your pets needs and for playtime, and am able to make sure that bathroom breaks and meal/snack times are not spaced too far apart :) For house sitting I cannot stay full time around the clock as I often have doctors appointments I need to attend, so I may have to come and go, but I would not be gone for longer than 3-4 hours at any given time, so if your fur baby can be alone for 3-4 hours, then I can accommodate for that 😊 I make sure to closely follow any given instructions for pet care, including instructions for a special diet or medications, and if the pet needs any special needs care or aid with grooming! I like to go over the details with clients of how their pet may like to play, how they get along with other animals/people, how they like to be pet, how they do on walks, what their favorite snacks are, and of course any special needs such as oral medications, special dietary needs, etc… to make sure that I am offering the highest quality of care and comfortability for their fur baby! I also make sure to pay close attention to timing between meals, snacks and potty breaks so their pets don’t become uncomfortable or have any accidents. Lastly, I make sure to give lots of love and attention to their pet so they don’t feel lonely!

About: I grew up around pets since before I can remember and I love hanging out with any animals! I love playing and cuddling with them! I am currently a third year at OSU home for the summer. I also work at 17 Public Square. I am open almost everyday all day besides when those shifts are scheduled. I have two medium size dogs that I play with often and are crate trained as well. Therefore I can play with them, give them breaks in their crates or anything else!

About: Let's have some fun! Besides growing up with dogs, I have had the opportunity to work with them in different fields over the last ten years. Volunteering, day cares, boarding facilities, veterinary clinics, and working as a trainer (my full time job) have all been wonderful learning opportunities and exposed me to a lot of different breeds, ages, and temperaments. I am the owner of Long Road Canine Training here in Ashland. Your dog's safety is my number one concern while they are in my care, followed by having a lot of fun and meeting their needs throughout the day. Their days will include exercise, free time in the yard, food puzzles, naps, play time and lots of affection (if they like that). I have lots of dog toys including balls, frisbees, tugs, and a flirt pole. Visiting dogs do sleep in crates at night time**. For boarding please bring with you: Food A chew for the crate 1-2 toys they simply can't live without A blanket / bed for the crate *I have wire and airline style crates as well as bowls so you don't need to pack those unless we discuss otherwise. Being a dog trainer over the last 5 years, taking care of dogs is my every day routine. Fitting another dog or two into my schedule is no problem! Clients that are here will be crated for bedtime, and occasionally during the day when I can't take a dog with me. We have a large fenced in back yard, a treadmill and a park close by for any dogs wanting to go on an adventure. There is also a creek in the back - promise your dog will be bathed before coming home!

About: I have grown up with my own dog my whole life. Besides my own pup, I have experience watching serval different breeds of dogs (often very energetic). As well as, I have taken good care of a few very cute kitties I work a part time job where I may be away for 4-5 hours max but have a flexible schedule and will make sure to find time to help your pet feel well loved! About: I've graduated from Medina Country Career Center's Animal Management and Care program. I also have pet sitting experience in the past taking care of a variety of different dogs and cats and occasionally exotics. My work schedule isn't always the same days every week, however I typically work 10-4 on the days I'm scheduled. Im happy to work pet sitting into my work days. About: From making sure to engage in adequate playtime and socialization as a puppy to assistance with grooming to the occasional diaper change and medications for senior care, I've loved and adored taking care of our family Bichon Frisé Angel Baby! Every pet brings a different personality and unconditional love to our lives, because they're not just friends ~ they're family! So why not give back just as much love as they give us? You are your fur babies' whole world, so give them the gift of a little company, a fun walk, playtime, and extra treats and cuddles! I'm currently unemployed, but still live with my parents, so I'll have plenty of time to look after your pets! Because Angel Baby can get a little jealous since she's an old lady, we don't have other dogs at our house, but she still gets all my love! This means cleaning up the occasional potty accident, routinely checking that her toys are functional and free of any potential hazards, keeping up with her medication schedule, and making sure to stay attentive of vehicles and plants she may try to ingest during walks. For my new furry friends, this also means ensuring that all laundry detergent and other dangerous substances are properly secured/stored and making sure the yard is free of any hazards or any broken/insecure fencing. You will be notified as soon as possible of any unsafe conditions, because your fur baby is family and we protect our family!

About: I have taken care of both cats and dogs in my home and others homes. I have experience with elderly and sick dogs who need medication and extra care. I have a flexible work schedule and a 9 year old son who will love to play with your pet too! I work a hybrid schedule and have a lot of flexibility during the week and a ton on the weekend!! Please just let me know what you need. Your pet will be doted on and loved the whole time!! I am gentle and loving with all animals and will treat him or her as my own.

About: My pet care started when I was 6 years old, I was known as the neighborhood dog catcher. If any of my neighbor's dogs got loose/ran away they would call me to bring them back. I had a 100% success rate every time! I have a love and passion for all animals and it has shown since I could talk. I have 2 dogs of my own, a snake, and fish! One of my dogs is reactive and I have taken online reactivity classes to recognize dog body language and how to work with triggers, so the "problem" dogs are no problem to me! My other dog is a senior so I also have personal experience with senior care and taking things slower for the seasoned pups. All dogs are welcome here! I have very flexible availability and I am willing to work with everyone on getting dates and times that work best for their pets needs! I pay attention to body language and focus on providing a calm and nurturing environment where your pet feels safe and loved. I carefully follow directions and make sure you have total peace of mind while your pet(s) are in my care!

About: I have several years of pet care experience. I have a large horse farm that is perfect for long walks and exercise. I also have a fenced in area when your pet needs to be more confined for a short period of time. I am retired and only have a few hours a week where I have to maintain the farm. I am currently retired and this would be great for your pet and for me. I have one border collie who is one year old and a big goofball. He loves to play with everyone. I am available for most hours during the week. I can crate your dog while I am gone if you would feel more comfortable with that. I usually am only gone long enough to go to the grocery store.
