About: I have experience taking care of my own and Neighbors dogs, as well as experience volunteering in animal shelters where I handled dogs of all ages. I am currently a student who goes to classes 2 times a week, my schedule is very flexible and taking care of pets fits into it perfectly. I provide overnight stays/check ins/dog walking. For all of these services I listen carefully to needs of the pet I am taking care of and the directions of the client on how to.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life including Great Danes, cats, bunnies, gerbils, fish and have been dog and cat sitting professionally for 5 years. Recently I lived and worked on a thousand-acre farm caring for cows, horses and goats, doing everything from feeding, cleaning and even bottle feeding. Bottom line is I love pets, and would love to meet your four-legged family members!! I currently work from my computer so I am very mobile and happy to be flexible with scheduling, etc. I love spending time with all animals so I make it a priority to fit this kind of work in. *If you have multiple pets and my site is quoting a large number for your sitting request, please know I am happy to look closer and find a good price for all! If I am giving care at your home my number one priority is your animal’s safety. That’s best implemented by focusing on your (the owner’s) rules and daily routines. Once I establish that, I focus on creating a special bond with your pet—it’s like they’re getting a new friend. If I’m boarding at my house my number one priority is to create a new and special routine that reflects their home routine but with new special elements. I have a very large yard and a safe neighborhood to take pets on walks, and as long as they are happy sharing space with a cat we have a really good time!

About: New info: I'm living in a house with my own yard and 6 foot high fence, with a 2nd special doggie yard attached to the house. The neighborhood is great for dog walks & is a few blocks from Wildcat Canyon...yeah!!! Cats are safe in my space as well as supervised outside in the securely enclosed yard, no holes in the fence etc, So are dogs in the doggie area...lots of fresh air and love. Presently I have two lovely indoor animal freindly kitties and a skinny guinea, with sometimes visits from my co-parented old girl other animal freindly Aussie. I have raised many pets, from birds, to fish, cats and dogs...I have a fourteen year old dominate female Australian Shepherd...who was definitely a handful as a puppy. With dog-training classes...I got to know myself; through this I gained her respect which is core to a good relationship between a person and an animal. I learned that calmness is contagious and that excercise relieves anxiety...and a gentle stroke to the forehead and some solid kind eye contact can instill confidence in an animal of any kind...reassure them, especially when their family is away. Most importantly, I love animals of all kinds and love to share this love with as many as possible! The animals I guardian in my own home are all rescue babies. Moto: all creatures deserve to be loved, respected and cared for. (I can sit a small dog in my home. I have 2 dog freindly kitties and a beta fish that loves activity!) I work from home...love havingbfurties around to inspire me, their companionshio brightens my day & engaging in deep conversations with them educates my perspectives! Its great to pet, walk, hije with them as part of the day. I pay attention to their sognals, body language, talk to them to understand what their needs might be. Then provide what i am able to. I listen to them & the parents requests & infirmation to see what needs need to be met during our visit.

About: I've owned and taken care of dogs since I was 12. Ive helped friends potty train and crate train puppies. I cared for my senior dog for many years before he passed in 2024. Ive fostered animals through animal shelters as well as helped rehome friends and family pets when needed. Ive taken care of friends pets as well as family. If you have any further questions please dont hesitate to ask! (: I am a stay at home mom. We wake up early and I usually stay up late tidying and taking care of our other pets. We only leave for short periods during the day. Your pet and my children will not be left alone at anytime. I have a large fenced back yard. I also have a friendly medium sized dog named Halo who would love to keep your companion company. I can crate over night or during breaks as long as you bring an appropriate sized kennel for them. I may have one on hand if it is a weekly appointment.

About: I have grown up with dogs and have always had a deep love for taking care of them. I was born into a family of two dog-loving parents and a yellow lab named Sammy. Since then, we've had a male Lhaso Apso named Tony, a female Chow Chow mix named Ana, and currently a male Wheaten Terrier named Sonny. There has literally never been a moment in my life where I did not own a dog, and since 2010 I have also volunteered at the New Rochelle Humane Society (walking, feeding, and socializing the cats and dogs). I truly know the ins and outs of dog care like the back of my hand -- its more than a job for me, its my lifestyle, and I hope that I can share my lifestyle with your and your furry friend! As of 2024 I currently live in Santa Fe, NM and am offering my dog walking and drop in services in the area, and I am also offering petsitting services in both Santa Fe and Taos. UPDATE 12/26/24 I will be in New York City for the holidays and am offering walking and sitting services here until January 16 2025 I work freelance, which means I have a lot of time to spend at home with your pet. I structure my day around the needs of each animal, and can work with even the most demanding schedule. I always make sure the client's home is as clean as it was when I first arrived, and that all doors are locked with animals inside. I pay a lot of attention to the physical and mental state of animals, and if I see they're overheating or in any state of distress I will do everything in my power to make them feel better.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was able to hold a leash. My dogs are my big babies. (Literally) I enjoy being around dogs of all sizes. I Currently do not have a job, so I am available pretty much all day to take your pups for walks or on play dates. I live in a gated home with lots of running areas for your pups to get plenty of exercise. In the mountains, perfect for exploring.

About: I have cared for dogs and cats my whole life so I understand the basics of training and taking care of them. I currently have an orange tabby named Prince who gets along super well with other dogs and cats! No worries if your pet doesn’t get along with others though, I can also have other people watch him while yours stays. I can care for pets whenever, I have classes throughout the week but since I stay on campus I’m never more than 5 minutes walking distance away from my dorm. On average I have about 3 hours of classes per week day so I’m home the rest of the time. I will be able to board always and do dog walks any day of the week. I have reliable transportation as well. My dorm is quite large so I have space to take care of pets, as well as toys and food and a litter box for cats if you can’t bring yours. I also live in a very outdoorsy campus so I can take dogs on long nature walks.

My house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood right across the street from Frenchy Field. Rest assured that they will be cared for as if they were my own while having the comfort and familiarity of your home, or the tons of fun that goes on at my place. I love all dogs unconditionally. I can provide a much smaller pack environment for your dog rather than a kennel where there could be 50 dogs at a time. Yikes!! I only accept dogs from one to two owners at a time so please plan ahead as I may get booked very quickly. This ensures that I can give your dogs the attention and care that they deserve. My daily routine revolves around my pack needs. Our routine is generally foods, walks, parks, poops, pees, plays, sleeps, repeat…. I am flexible and can accommodate pretty much any type of needs for your pets. I am ready to come care for your pets whenever I am available. Everything from simple walks and feeding to extended stays at my place or yours, it sounds like fun to me. I have a full time best friend and dog named Spreckles who is pretty close to perfect. His nickname is Sprex. He is Hawaiian, so naturally he is very friendly and mellow with tons of Aloha. My number one priority is pack safety. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.

About: I grew up in a household with cats, dogs, small mammals, exotic and domestic birds, reptiles, and fish. I have experience as both a short and long term pet/house sitter. A large portion of my life has been spent working at pet stores, aquariums, wildlife rehabilitation facilities and with animal trainers so I have good background knowledge surrounding a large variety of animal care. By trade I am a biologist with a focus in the marine sciences. As a full-time field biologist, the field part of my job doesn’t allow me time to have pets of my own. So between field jobs I greatly enjoy the opportunity to pet sit since I have lots of time to dedicate to your pet! I feel that pet sitting is a great way to get some animal time in while also helping out. I am very attentive, caring, trustworthy, and dedicated. Every home has a routine and flow all its own, one of the most important things a sitter can do is maintain that rythem while the pet parent is away, and give lots of extra love too. About: I’ve cared for dogs of all needs and breeds! I’ve held the responsibility of feeding, walking, providing medication, and of course play time. Whatever they need I’m happy to help with. I’ve had experience training large dogs, I know how to stay calm and firm with them. About: I adore animals, but as a single person and a renter, it hasn’t been the right time to have my own yet. Whatever the needs of your pets are, I can provide loving care for them in your home. I have cared for cats and dogs, young and old, and am comfortable administering medications. In terms of diet and exercise, I will adhere to whatever guidelines you say are best. In addition to caring for your pets, I am happy to look after your plants and garden as well. My goal is for both you and your pets to be at ease while you are separated. About: I Have four years of personal experience taking care of my two joyful and energetic dogs . I love them as if they were my kids , they’re part of my family. I would love to take care of your pets with the same love and compassion I take care of mine. My work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm . I do get an hour lunch and can used that time to walk , feed , and give them a potty brake . I have weekends available all day and can used those two days for any care needed . To make sure your pets is safe at all times I will go as often as needed to check up on them and assure that there’s nothing that can cause any harm .
