About: I grew up surrounded by all sorts of animals; large dogs, livestock, reptiles and exotic parrots, which makes me super comfortable around all matter of species. I would love to care for your furry, feathered and scaly friends! I work professionally in animal care and have experience with all matter of exotic and domestic animals. Working in zoos and rehabilitation centers has given me a lot of experience spotting any health care concerns as well as being comfortable in emergency situations and providing medical care. I am a very active person and accustomed to the crazy Midwest climate, so I'll be happy to take your dog for a walk in all matter of weather (permitting it is safe for the animal to be outside too). I am looking forward to caring for your critters! I work full time, but have very flexible hours to fit check ins and overnights into my schedule. I would typically stop in before work, during my lunch break and spend the evening hanging out with your pets. I have five lizards at home that I absolutely adore, they aren’t reactive to the presence of other animals, so they won’t be bothered by your lovely critters. They are also very low maintenance, and don’t seem to notice when I’m not around and don’t get jealous if I’m staying with your pets at their homes.

About: I’ve loved and cared for my own pets ever since I was a child well into my adulthood. As a young adult I started pet sitting for friends family family and even new and old acquaintances. I love all fur babies and all fur babies deserve love. I am currently unemployed and in a tight spot with being able to find work. About: I’ve had pets my whole life including Great Danes, cats, bunnies, gerbils, fish and have been dog and cat sitting professionally for 5 years. Recently I lived and worked on a thousand-acre farm caring for cows, horses and goats, doing everything from feeding, cleaning and even bottle feeding. Bottom line is I love pets, and would love to meet your four-legged family members!! I currently work from my computer so I am very mobile and happy to be flexible with scheduling, etc. I love spending time with all animals so I make it a priority to fit this kind of work in. *If you have multiple pets and my site is quoting a large number for your sitting request, please know I am happy to look closer and find a good price for all! If I am giving care at your home my number one priority is your animal’s safety. That’s best implemented by focusing on your (the owner’s) rules and daily routines. Once I establish that, I focus on creating a special bond with your pet—it’s like they’re getting a new friend. If I’m boarding at my house my number one priority is to create a new and special routine that reflects their home routine but with new special elements. I have a very large yard and a safe neighborhood to take pets on walks, and as long as they are happy sharing space with a cat we have a really good time!

About: Growing up on a farm, I developed hands-on experience with a wide range of animals, from livestock to household pets. About: I have grown up with dogs and have always had a deep love for taking care of them. I was born into a family of two dog-loving parents and a yellow lab named Sammy. Since then, we've had a male Lhaso Apso named Tony, a female Chow Chow mix named Ana, and currently a male Wheaten Terrier named Sonny. There has literally never been a moment in my life where I did not own a dog, and since 2010 I have also volunteered at the New Rochelle Humane Society (walking, feeding, and socializing the cats and dogs). I structure my day around the needs of each animal, and can work with even the most demanding schedule. I always make sure the client's home is as clean as it was when I first arrived, and that all doors are locked with animals inside. I pay a lot of attention to the physical and mental state of animals, and if I see they're overheating or in any state of distress I will do everything in my power to make them feel better.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was able to hold a leash. My dogs are my big babies. (Literally) I enjoy being around dogs of all sizes. I Currently do not have a job, so I am available pretty much all day to take your pups for walks or on play dates. I have worked at a dog resort for the past year, taking care of as many as 45 dogs at one time. About: I grew up taking care of a big, sweet lab and spending time with my extended family’s large dogs. Since then I’ve had the privilege of bonding with the dogs of friends and past partners. I’ve been professionally dog sitting full-time for 2+ years, and off and on for 5. I follow the lead of the dog owner with commands and whether to have the dog(s) on leash or not. I’ve had many experiences of simple neighborhood walks, longer hikes in the wild, dog parks, car rides, giving medication, taking the dog to the vet when needed, and lots of playtime and cuddling. :) I love getting to know the unique personality of each dog I care for, and I do my best to make sure they have quality time and care while their person is away. My daily routine revolves around my pack needs. Our routine is generally foods, walks, parks, poops, pees, plays, sleeps, repeat…. Everything from simple walks and feeding to extended stays at my place or yours, it sounds like fun to me. I have a full time best friend and dog named Spreckles who is pretty close to perfect. His nickname is Sprex. He is Hawaiian, so naturally he is very friendly and mellow with tons of Aloha. My number one priority is pack safety. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.
