I have a fenced backyard where dogs can play and stretch their legs, and my street is lined with trees for shady, enjoyable walks. I’m also walking distance from Enterprise Dog Park, so if your pup enjoys socializing and running around, we can make that part of their routine (with your approval). I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether that means frequent potty breaks, playtime, or just a cozy space to relax. My goal is to make every pet feel at home and well cared for!

About: I have had dogs, birds, hamsters, rabbits cats, ferrets starting around age 10. I love all animals and will care for yours as if they were my own. I have two cats. A Torti and a Tuxedo. I also have 4 parrots. I love them all equally and have a special and individual relationship with each one so I understand how to care for different personalities and needs. I’ve had dogs for most of my life, and today I share my home with two wonderful cats. As a recently retired teacher, I have a very flexible schedule and can often accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. Advance notice is always appreciated, but I will do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when I’m available. I believe pets are happiest when they can stay on their normal routine. When caring for your pet, I will follow your instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and bedtime routines. Please let me know if your pet is not fully potty trained, please bring pee pads if so. Also, if your dog is in heat, there will be an additional fee that will be incurred. I do local pick up and drop off within 5-10 miles for a small fee. Longer distances are open to discussion but do incur a fee for gas/wear and tear. Let me know if you are looking for over 2 weeks and we can adjust pricing for long term. Please be aware there are times I may have other dogs from another family or families. I take great care towards your pet and their safety and happiness is top priority. If your animal is not ok with others, please let me know and confirm with me that I don’t have others during that time. I work from home so I have flexible availability. I can watch pets in my home, during the week or weekends, or in your home for daily walks, care etc. I do not have any pets of my own. Drop off/pick up hours are between M-F 7 am-8 pm. Weekends are 9 am-8 pm. Please message me if you need to pick up or drop off after or before. We may have to reschedule for the day before or after. I have a big home and big yard (empty retention pond) for your pet to run in. I can transport your pet also. I have experience with big and small animals.

About: My first job, at age 12, was pet sitting/dog walking. I've had pets my entire life ranging from dogs and cats to rodents, fish, and reptiles. I currently have 4 cats. I have experience with older dogs and cats as well kittens and puppies. I've also spent years working in customer service so no request will be too much. I have plenty of time for walks and playtime. I can keep up whatever routine your pet is used to. I live near a dog park and can take your pup if they like to play with other dogs If your dog doesn't like cats, my cats can easily be kept separate in my room. They spend most of their day sleeping in there anyway
