“ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Phyllis is so sweet and I’m pretty sure she spoiled me as much as my boy!! She sent me so many pics and updates with added bonuses that made my vacation that much more enjoyable knowing he was in great hands!! She took great care of our home as well. I will book her again and again!!”

“Paula did an amazing job watching our ol’ beagle! She kept the house clean and was sure to send lots of updates. We will for sure be using Paula for all our dog sitting needs in the future.”

“Mariana was great with our dog and two cats! Our animals loved her and she kept our house very tidy after staying there. We would definitely rebook with her again when we go out of town.”

“We are so lucky to have stumbled on Kim’s profile. We foster tough dogs, and it’s always tricky when we go out of town. Kim took care of our two feral fosters for the weekend, and did an amazing job. Many people would get discouraged by their lack of affection and overall behavior, but Kim recognized it as fear, and handled it accordingly. She followed all my directions explicitly, kept my boys safe, and maintained the cleanliness of my home. We so appreciate everything Kim did, and are already planning to book with her again.”

“Kaleigh is amazing! This was the first time leaving my pup and Kaleigh made me feel at ease with consistent communication and updates. She took the time to learn my dog’s personality and routine so she could be as comfortable as possible. I’d definitely recommend Kaleigh!”

“Sarah did an amazing job. I am extremely overprotective and type A about my pets and their schedule and she was amazing. She gave my pets a ton of affection, she administered their medications, she maintained our tidy home and we came home to happy pets and a clean living space, and she sent daily updates with pictures and videos like she said she would. She arrived on time and left at the planned time. We would absolutely hire Sarah again. Our dog is actually searching for her!”

“Erica was great taking care of our new pup and old cat. Great communication and we had no worries while she was taking care of the house and animals while we were out of the country. We will book her again when we go on trips!”

“Kiara is a great listener, which is a big key to success for making friends with my shy hound. Her updates are detailed, and her photos are informative (and cute!). I went on a week's trip with confidence my pets would be cared for, and they were cared for very well. The most successful part of the experience is that my shy dog was confident and happy when I returned, and I cannot express how wonderful that is. I will call Kiara for our next trip!”

“Quinne has taken care of my dog several times and we absolutely love her! She is responsive when I check in and my pup is always happy to see Quinne. Quinne is great with her on walks and just generally caring for her. Chestnut Hill pet parents share their Rover experiences
Dianne was amazing as our dog sitter! We had one of our dogs require insulin injections and measuring water intake, and Dianne was very comfortable helping us. Our other dog had recently undergone surgery, so Dianne needed to monitor her for excessive licking at the scar. She was running a dog rehab and assisted living at our house during our dream vacation! Dianne sent frequent updates and photos, and she asked questions when needed. I will definitely recommend Dianne to my family, fiends and neighbors!

In July 2025, we left Sarah to care for our sweet but very anxious Max, a 12 year-old mixed breed dog, while we traveled abroad for three weeks. Max is nervous about many things, but nothing more than summer thunderstorms. It rained almost the entire time we were away. Many of these were ferocious and most accompanied by a lot of thunder and lightning😵💫 Sarah sent us daily updates, photos, and videos. She addressed Max’s social-emotional support needs very well. She is a kind and gentle professional—highly skilled, very knowledgeable, and she has had a lot of experience working with dogs like Max. She also handled a couple of house-related issues very well. Over the past 30+years, we’ve worked with many excellent pet/home sitters and we would put Sarah among the best. We couldn’t give her a higher recommendation.

Sarah was loving and patient with our elderly dog who simply can't handle thunderstorms. Unfortunately, both nights we were gone, storms appeared. She had to adjust sleeping arrangements since our dog could not settle. Sarah was very communicative throughout the entire booking and for that I am extremely appreciative. Thank you, Sarah!

We feel so lucky to have found Paula. She was the perfect sitter for our two cats and two dogs. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does, and she gave our pets so much love and attention while we were away. We got regular updates, which gave us such peace of mind, and it was wonderful to see how happy our pets were with her. Paula is also incredibly trustworthy and reliable. She handled an unexpected AC issue while we were gone, which was a huge relief and weight off our shoulders. We returned to happy pets and an impeccably clean home. It's rare to find someone who allows you to completely switch off and not worry about a thing, but Paula is that person. We highly recommend her and will definitely be repeat customers.

Shula and Samuel watched our two hooligans while we were out of town for a long weekend. They went above and beyond again! They took great care of the house and most importantly, we came home to two happy and healthy doggos. My family and I cannot say enough great things about them!

Jazmine was a fantastic house and pet sitter for our cat, Kiah. She was highly communicative and sent a lot of photos and videos to let us know everything was going smoothly. We felt at complete ease knowing our cat and house were well taken care of! We would gladly re-book Jazmine, could not recommend more!
