We have a large rescue dog and a cat, who had just lost their older (dog) brother and been through a recent relocation, so their anxiety was high even before we left for 8 days. Since I work from home, I have the flexibility to care for pets throughout the day. I can provide morning visits before work, check in during my lunch break, and be there for evening care as well. This allows me to give pets the attention they need without long gaps in between. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just some extra love, I’m happy to fit pet care into my daily routine! I provide pet care in my clients’ homes to ensure their pets stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I follow their routine as closely as possible, including feeding, playtime, walks, and administering any necessary medication. I take the time to bond with each pet, making sure they feel safe and cared for while their owner is away. Since I have a small apartment with cats, I don’t offer pet care in my home, but I’m more than happy to provide attentive and loving care in yours!

About: I have owned animals my entire life between livestock to rodents to reptiles! I currently own four dogs, two cats, and two ferrets! My passion is animals and I have 3+ years of professional experience in dog/cat daycare+boarding facilities, pet sitting, dog training, and even tailored puppy care! I have spent my adult years building my certifications and experience to truly understand dogs to my utmost ability including but not limited to body language, medical concerns/cpr, training, and learning from yet also teaching my clients more about their babies! I work 5 days a week as a dog trainer and puppy specialist but I am always available Wednesday and Thursday! Sunday I can do drop ins or walks before 11:30am or after 6pm. Every other day of the week I can do very early walks/drop ins or later in the day, if there’s an extra day not on my availability that you may need me just let me know and i’ll do my best to make it work for you! I believe creating a calm and positive environment is the most effective and efficient approach to caring for any animal. I know with professional knowledge that I am also capable of caring for the more high energy or special needs babies! My care solely depends on the pets personal needs and comfort levels while always keeping in mind their safety and health. Along with that, I am equipped with hands on experience of behavioral issues, socialization troubles, medical emergencies, and even certified for recognizing and acting on signs of bloat.

About: I've taken care of dog since I was 10. While I have not watched anybody pets for them I have had dogs of my own and cared for them. I currently working part time so this will fit into my daily routine perfectly and I will have a lot of time to take care of your pets. While I currently do not have any space where I live to watch your pet I will gladly come over to your house and watch your pets for you and know that it's a safe environment for them.

About: I've grown up with dogs of all sizes in the household and have 2 of my own. I have also gone through training classes with my own pets so I'm happy to always work on anything. I love taking walks with the dogs and providing lots of cuddles and treats after. I currently work full time during the week with remote flexibility where needed. My weekend availability will vary, but will always be updated on here. I will always make sure your pet is contained in a safe space, but with plenty of room to have fun and burn energy. I also like to leave a home a clean space for you to return to and your pet to enjoy.

About: I’ve taken care of so many pets since I can recall. When friends or family needs someone to pet sit they call me and ask. I am normally am not doing muck in weekends and wanna get out and about more I love pets they are sweet and loving and trustworthy. I am always looking out for them I take my dogs on walks and take them out side about every 2 hours when I am home or watching them.

“This was our first time using Rover so we had no idea what to expect. I've never had someone stay in the house but Tara took away all of those worries. She was AMAZING at being available last minute when our original Rover booking cancelled 4 hours before we were leaving on vacation. She was in constant communication, even when I probably sent too many messages asking how the dogs were doing :) I would highly recommend as she asked all the right questions and had the right personality to be patient enough with my dogs who are always a little anxious towards strangers.”
