About: I've always loved taking care of animals and have been surrounded by pets for as long as I can remember. I truly enjoy making sure pets are happy, healthy, and well loved whether that means feeding, walking, or just spending quality time with them. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, and small animals, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I spend a lot of time at the dog park with my own dogs, especially my high energy pup who needs plenty of exercise and playtime. I understand how important it is for active dogs to burn off energy in a fun and safe environment, and I bring that same care and attention to every pet I look after. I'm a school photographer, which means I work seasonally and have a pretty flexible schedule for most of the year. This allows me to be available for pet sitting, especially during off-peak months. I’m reliable, love animals, and happy to help care for your pets when you need it! When pet sitting, I prioritize safety by carefully following any instructions you provide, keeping pets in secure environments, and making sure they’re never left unattended in risky situations. About: I grew up with lots of pets, a golden retriever, labs, a vizsla, and siamese cats. I have worked with a non-profit rehabbing retired throroughbreads and retraining them for lives off the track, which has given me confidence, patience, and adaptability in handling spirited animals. I am currently working freelance and control my own schedule, so I can customize the level of care required to your needs. I'm happy to care for them at your home or take them on adventures to parks, hikes etc. Depending on your pet's needs, I am available for walks, feeding, playtime, training, boarding, and any other activities they enjoy. My demeanor is calm and patient, able to babysit a senior animal with special needs or entertain the most energetic of birddogs. I have experience in animal training for film and TV and am happy to offer those skills to teach new behaviors if requested.
