He took careful note of all the care instructions we gave him and was calm when we were frantic about our situation. He was flexible and was able to accommodate our need to adjust the pick up time. Our dogs were happy and calm when we picked them up. Our bigger dog loved playing with Zach’s dog while we were away, and as a picky eater we were pleased she ate both her meals while at Zach’s.
