“Nathan was so good with my dog, Ella! I was in the planning stages of a tentative trip when I reached out to him and he really took the time to answer all my questions and even ask his own to ensure a successful stay for Ella. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and so kind in his communication from the planning stages, during Ella’s stay, to pick up. He has such a warm and calm demeanor that put both Ella and I at ease. At drop off, Ella and he were fast friends and he really took the time to get to know Ella and help make her feel welcome and comfortable. He sent regular updates and pictures the whole time so I never had to worry how she was doing. And she had an absolute blast! She’s not the easiest dog, she’s still working on a lot and has a ton of energy and he handled her impeccably. He mentioned he has experience with rescue dogs and that really shown through in his demeanor and connection with her. She felt safe and was her playful happy self when I picked her up. He was nice and organized and had her things in order and ready when I got there. He had given her a nice walk and some water right before knowing she had a decent car ride home. I was just so impressed. Will definitely be back. Cannot recommend Nathan enough!”

“Caroline was wonderful! We're so happy we found a great dogsitter in Portland and are loking forward to rebooking with her the next time we're in town. She was prompt and professional in all her communication and sent us updates and pictures. We were a little nervous about leaving our dog, a 1-year-old Aussie mix, with a stranger, especially because she experiences separation anxiety, but Cisco warmed to Caroline quickly (I don't think she even noticed us leaving!). We also really appreciated Caroline inviting us in to her apartment, and her flexibility with drop-off and pickup times. When we picked up Cisco, Caroline let us know all the relevant information: how much Cisco ate, when she last went out, etc. Thanks again, Caroline!”
