About: I’ve been taking care of all kinds of animals for over 8 years now! I love dogs and cats, but I’ve also cared for horses, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, and more! I’m a full-time university student, but I’ll still have plenty of time to care for your animals! Especially in the evenings and afternoons! I’m free most of the summer as well! I have a big yard for your pups to run around in, and a friendly little pup of my own! I can crate your pup if needed, or I can also drop in to your home as well!

About: Pet Boarding with Room to Run & Relax Located on 9 fully fenced acres, we provide a safe and spacious environment where dogs of all sizes can enjoy supervised playtime and outdoor adventures. Whether your pup loves to run, sniff, or just lounge in the sun, there’s plenty of room to explore. Inside, dogs are treated like family. They’ll stay indoors with our own pets, free to curl up on the furniture, stretch out in a cozy spot, or simply relax after play. Every dog gets the perfect balance of exercise, attention, and comfort—just like they would at home. We can accommodate a variety of needs and schedules. We will let them out for potty breaks at least every 4 hours unless more frequent breaks are needed, and outdoor play time during morning, afternoon and evening breaks. When the pups are in our care, we provide lots of love, plenty of space, and constant supervision, so your pet will feel happy, safe, and cared for during their stay.

About: I've cared for all kinds of animals since I was young for friends, family and neighbors. Trusting me to walk, feed and even bathe their pets. I'm a vet assistant with hands-on experience in small animals, but have experience with farm animals to! I am confident handling pets of all sizes, temperaments and needs, and always prioritize their safety and comfort. I currently work twice a week 10 hours day, the best days for me to help out would be Wednesday-Sunday. I sometimes work shorter days on Saturdays and could stop by after to feed/walk/exercise your pet. I love getting outside and love having doggy company to join me! I'm willing to stop by twice a day to feed/clean for kitties. And I can always hang out with your dog (or dogs) for the day if you just need someone to keep them company while you are busy! I practice "fear free handling" meaning I always take the gentlest approach to any situation. An example would be if your pet needs to be crated but doesn't enjoy it, I use treats and always leave enough time to slowly work them into it. If I am ever leaving the house for an hour or two I make sure your pets are set up! Freshly pottied, not hungry/thirsty, access to toys and treats (if allowed) and with jazz music for them! I know every pet is different and has their own special quirks and I am more than willing to accomodate for them. I am very careful and responsible with other peoples pets and property.

About: I have had pets my entire life from basenjis to a Great Pyrenees malamute, and two large tabby cats. Ive also had puppies as young as a day old and a dog as old as 14. I am a full time college student and I work part time so weekends are best during school but on breaks I have lots of availability. I have many animals of my own so I prefer to pet sit at your own house. I have five pets at home 2 cats and three dogs.

About: I've taken care of many pets of all ages, such as friends & families, & pets of my own. I know how to be their support companion. I'm available: All Sundays & Tuesdays all day, and in the afternoon to evenings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Not available: Fridays and Saturdays. Mornings on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday I give my pets a lot of love & care. I let my puppy get his energy out. I remember to give my cat her snuggle time. I make sure both water bowls are always full & they have food (depending if it's feeding time or not). I'm always looking for throw up/hair balls & poop/pee to clean up.

About: I have taken care of a dog, a cat, and farm animals since I was 12 years old. I love walking long distances with my dog. I am also very good at reading animal body language and I know how to do all of the basic animal care necessities. I am currently working from home so I would have lots of time for walks and hikes and play. I will make sure your dog comes home happy and tired. I do have a golden retriever and our schedule that your dog would also follow unless they’re special needs is we wake up at seven am, we go outside to go potty, then feed them they play and rest then we go for a walk. We love our Whipple Creek 🌲❤️ Trail then we drive home and rest. Then later I give them their second feeding, take them out to go to the bathroom and take a small walk in our neighborhood before it’s time to rest and chill and head to bed. I live in a cozy gated apartment with my husband, Greg and my golden retriever. My husband works as a in-home caregiver and when he gets home he helps me out. He is also an animal lover, and if I am housesitting, he travels with me as well as my very friendly golden retriever. I promise as a married couple we will respect your house and environment we will also bring our own sleeping equipment and we don’t mind doing house chores.

About: Hi all! My name is Peyton, I'm 20, and from Vancouver, Washington. I recently worked at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington for nearly 2 years, where I was an Animal Care Technician, working with all types of animals, including small animals like rabbits/hamsters, as well as reptiles, with a focus in feline care and behavior management. Here I performed basic animal husbandry like feeding, cleaning, and daily monitoring for changes in health, to small and large animal handling, handling and administering medications/medication schedules, special diets, managing animals with diabetes, administering vaccinations, wound/infection/fungus/stitch care, and working with and managing animals with behavioral struggles from all different backgrounds, genetic or epigenetic causes. Also a large part of my job being picking up poo of course! Unfortunately I had to leave my position at HSSW due to going to college for Animal Rehabilitation, which is why I'm now here on Rover, to stay connected with the animals, as well as to help support my journey! Alls to say, I’m certified in animal safety and Fear Free, with a professional background in animal handling, behavior, and medical needs. I have 3 smaller fur babies, all of which are rescues. Lulu, 12 y/o English Bulldog (still kickin' it, I know!), Piggy 4 y/o Micro-Bully, and Heather an 8 y/o Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who was rescued from a popular dog fighting facility in Houston, TX. This had caused some nervous and defensive behaviors within her, but she has taught me more than any animal has ever taught me, especially on how to manage these types of behavioral situations that feel hopeless. However, through patience and perseverance, today she's living a normal and silly dog life, you would never be able to tell what she has gone through now, she is now my dog that teaches other dogs how to dog properly! Back to why I call them my small fur babies, my family also has a dairy farm of about 30+ cows! Here I also provide basic animal husbandry, and have gained experience in large animal handling and behavior management, so don't worry about your Great Dane or Mastiff! With this I participated in 4-H for about 8 years, helping others on large animal/livestock handling, health, procedures, and agricultural education. Predominantly though, I have grown up with and cared for all different types of dogs. And to not forget the little guys if there's any fellow fish tank enthusiasts out there, I have lots of experience in owning and caring for different types of freshwater fish, including bettas, pea puffers, goldfish, etc. Last but not least, I've also had hamsters personally alongside caring for them professionally. Overall, I have heavy personal and professional experience with all types of animals, whether that's flat-faced or scaly, sleepy or the energy of 10 huskies, and from the smallest to the biggest pets, whether that's literally, mentally, or in their heart. I'm mostly available during the weekdays, from early morning, to evenings and shorter same-day notice booking will depend on how short of notice due to time, location, and my college class schedule. Weekends are more difficult for me due to personal responsibilities, but I am not completely unavailable, please don't be afraid to ask! You, your pets, and your homes privacy, safety, and quality of care is extremely important to me. If you're unhappy with any service please do not be afraid to let me know so I can do better. Before providing a service I will ask and make sure of any parameters and instructions you might have, and will uphold them. It's also a promise that I will communicate thoroughly with you on general updates, and if I have any questions or concerns, and I will be sure to take pics of your fur baby to share with you! I will do all in my power to give them the same level of care as you would, or if they were my own. As for my home, I have a 6-foot fenced, average sized yard lined with river rock, as well as a side yard bedded with bark dust if your pup prefers to do business there. I currently have 3 female mature dogs, so boarding is very dependent on what you think of your pets compatibility. Due to this boarding is stricter with dogs and puppies rather than small animals but inquiries are always welcome!

“Brie is so great! We haven’t left our dogs with someone off of Rover before for more than a night, and Brie made sure we were always updated and put our minds at ease for our full week trip. We never once had to worry about any of our 3 large dogs (all are rescues with their own quirks or on daily meds) it was SUCH a relief. Texting Brie throughout our trip was like texting with a friend! The pics of the dogs were so good and always very cute or funny. She even came over to meet the dogs one evening before the trip and then we did a trial run as well on a separate occasion - we really can’t say enough good things! She never judged my crazy dog owner ways. She even took care of our axolotl and fish! The axolotl eats live earth worms so it’s not for the faint of heart but Brie jumped at the chance to help! :) We will absolutely book with her again. Today is our first full day back home and I can tell the dogs are missing her! Especially our senior dog- he keeps going to the window looking for her! Truly can’t wait to book again with her!”

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, and exotic pets me whole life! I absolutely adore animals and enjoy spending time with them. I’ve had big and little dogs, cats, lizards, fish . And would love to take care of your family members as I would my own! I’m currently shifting to an opening schedule but it is a bit crazy, depending on distance from my work I can let out during my lunches as well. I do tend to stay at the house I’m sitting at so the pet doesn’t feel alone I won’t be able to bring pets to my home as unfortunately my dog is reactive. So I will not offer bording. But am more than happy to meet your pet in your home! I usually will ask for a favorite treat or snack for the pet and pick it up as a peace offering. I enjoy playtime and snuggles with all types of pets

About: Currently a part-time nurse looking to make a few extra bucks taking care of your fur babies. I am a dog mom, myself, and would love to drop in and take care of them or help them get their daily exercise!! Working part time and schedule can vary. If my calendar says I’m unavailable, please don’t hesitate to still reach out — I may be able to work out a time on that day with you. I try to be as flexible as I can 🐾😊 I can either drop in to check on and feed your pets, or I stay and give them some attention and time to get their energy out. I can also take them out on walks around the neighborhood! I love mixing it up with running/walking, as tolerated by the pups. I have more experience with dogs than cats, but I’m happy to stop in and check on them!🐱

About: I have grown up with dogs in my household my whole life, my first couple jobs involved walking neighbors dogs and bathing them. I as well have experience with providing animals their correct medications at the correct times. I do work full time Friday-Monday, I am able to provide breakfast and dinner at their appropriate times with frequent bathroom breaks as needed. As well as frequent photos! I ensure the dogs have leashes and their collar is fitted to ensure a safe walk, I am easily able to crate them if needed, I as well ensure your pet is fully hydrated especially during the summer months!

About: I have been a pet owner for my entire life. I have experience with all different dog sizes and breeds, and I do particularly well with large dog breeds. I love spending time with puppies and helping to get them used to good behaviors. I also love helping train older dogs out of bad habits. I have yet to meet an animal that I haven't wanted to be friends with and I am very excited to spend time with your beloved pet. I currently work as a courier which means that I can fit pet care easily into my schedule. I am happy to fit pet needs into my schedule. Whatever your pet needs I am more than happy to help them with. I have my own car so I can take your pets to the park if that's something that they like. As long as their needs are laid out, I have no problem following instructions.

About: I’ve been pet/housesitting for the majority of my life! Growing up I was relied on heavily by many. I was consistently approached by family, friends, and neighbors. There were quite a few people that had me as their go-to whenever they needed the help and I made a strong connection with. I always get excited when people ask me to petsit for them! On top of that, I’ve done a lot of volunteer work at animal shelters, including dog walking, cleaning, and playing. I’m currently a SPED Educational Assistant, 8am-3:30pm every weekday at a school in Portland. Anytime around that I am free and willing, but I understand if that is too large a gap in the days as far as house sitting goes. Otherwise, my weekends are entirely free, as well as my summer break! I will accommodate to whatever needs must be met for your pet! I want to make sure your fur baby is completely safe, comfortable and happy with me. Every animal is different and I love to make space for them and learn about what they like, dislike, need, as well as their quirks and personalities. Connection and trust is very important to me.
