About: Lifelong animal lover experienced in nature walks, companion feedings, soothing chest rubs, treat distribution, and earning a cats trust. I will make sure your pets are happy, safe, and properly spoiled while you’re away! I am currently working part time after a career shift. My days have too much down time and I decided to fill those hours doing something I love! I closely monitor outdoor time to ensure the pet is secure in the yard. I remain aware and assess surroundings when walking dogs to prepare for any triggers the dog may have. I closely follow food, and potty, schedules so as not to upset the pet and to make transition of care easier.
About: Taking care of your animal will be my number one priority. I love animals, I will be more than attentive to their needs and accommodate anything you would like. I’m available any time you need me and I will take in any animal, big, small, furry, hairless, you name it! I love them all. I’ve had animals my whole life so I know how to take care of dogs, I’ve had cats now for 5 years and kittens and it’s a handful but it has taught me so many things needed to be a perfect sitter! I love getting pets toys, and fancy food sometimes to spoil them so expect that (if it’s fone with the owner) of course. I can’t wait to meet you and your lovely pet!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals as long as I can remember! My parents adopted our first dog when I was only 4 years old. Tala was a Siberian husky that I took care of daily from a very young age. Throughout my childhood I grew up with medium/larger dogs such as German shepherds, huskies, pitbulls, and a Great Dane. My love for animals didn’t stop there! As a kid I regularly helped a family friend on her farm take care of wild and farm animals that she rehabbed such as bunnies, raccoons, squirrels, chickens, horses, cows, goats, etc. Now that I live on my own with my husband, we own 2 silly orange cats (4yo) and 2 dogs. Our 2 beagles, Starla(6yo) and Ellie (4yo), are ‘retired research hero’s’, meaning they were lab test animals for human medical research, they even have tattoos inside their right ears! They do great meeting new animals. But due to their life in the lab and awkward lack of learning other dogs body natural language, they require a meet and greet with any pets that plan on staying in our home just to ensure all animals clearly feel comfortable with each other. They are beyond friendly dogs that don’t know what a ‘stranger’ is and will accept love from anyone. Starla has seizures, and because of this I have plenty of experience with handling her during an episode. I would more than willing to board/take care of another pet who suffers from medical conditions! I personally know how nerve racking it is to leave our little fur babies life in the hands of another person that we hardly know. Ellie has a poultry allergy and we’ve become pretty good at checking the labels before feeding anything to her. It was quite surprising to see just how many pet items have poultry in them! I also suffer from a nut allergy, so I also know beyond animals just how dangerous it can be. You can feel more than safe trusting me with your fur babies allergies! I take all forms of special conditions very seriously. I’m currently a college student at ONU, but live in my own home that I own off campus. I do not work at this time and have very few classes that are physically on campus. I love meeting new people and animals especially. I have a fenced in yard where my beagles love to run around. While it is safely fence in, my animals are never left unattended as my animals safety is always a priority. During nice weather I love to take my dogs on walks out at Perry Farms or the Kankakee State Park. These are the places I choose for the safest and cleanest walking paths to keep my pups safe. Before walks I always check the pavement to ensure safe temperature for the little paws. I also spray my pups with Wondercides natural flea & tick repellent to further ensure safety for their health when going on walks. My house is only 1 level. The only stairs your pet would be required to climb are the ones going in and out of the house. While I do have a basement, only the cats are allowed down there. I am still new to the pet sitting world, but I am so excited!
“Bridget did an awesome job with Ardal! She took great care of him and sent me a few updates, which I appreciated. I have a very tired, very happy pup and will definitely be requesting future daycare appointments!”

About: I have had dogs all my life & have taken care of friends & family’s pets. I tend to adopt “problem” dogs that other people can’t handle. I love a challenge & gaining the trust of the dog. I used to frequent the Dominican Republic to feed & give flea baths to the neglected street dogs out there. I’m currently working from home & was a bartender for the last 20 yrs but now looking for a new career with animals because they are my true passion. I just moved to the Gardner, Illinois for a bigger yard & a 6ft privacy fence to expand my dog sitting business. I also have a small pool for the dogs. I have lots of gates up throughout the house & different rooms I can put dogs in if any need to separated. I also have large crates I can use.
“Danielle did an amazing job! It was our first time using Rover and leaving our dog somewhere and she made the process as smooth as could be. She walked us through her house , how she handles the dog , and was so patient with us and answered all our questions. Oscar had a blast and can't wait to book her again!”

About: ‼️Please read entirety of bio prior to sending a booking request Please note: My Rover profile information may not always be the most up to date, as I also own and operate my own pet care business - but I still get notifications here! Please message me so we can discuss your specific needs and availability! Hi, I’m Bee! I’m a medically retired police officer turned professional pet care provider. Pet care is my full-time work, not a side hobby. I take a calm, structured, safety-first approach and focus on low-stress care that allows pets to feel secure, respected, and comfortable. I have years of hands-on experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including seniors, rescues, anxious dogs, puppies, large breeds, and special-needs pets. ⸻ What I Offer • In-home dog boarding in a low-volume, structured environment • Structured dog daycare with supervised play and rest breaks • Drop-in visits for feeding, potty breaks, enrichment, and medications • Dog walks tailored to your dog’s comfort, energy level (must not pull heavily on leash) • Care for seniors, rescues, anxious, and special-needs dogs • Slow, intentional introductions and individualized care plans • Solo or one-on-one care options when appropriate for daycare and boarding • Real-time updates with plenty of photos and detailed written notes ‼️I do not provide boarding or daycare for cats, and I do not offer overnight stays in clients’ homes. ‼️Meet and Greets are mandatory to schedule any service. ‼️My two dogs, Trooper and Moose, will NOT be present for the meet and greet for boarding and daycare ‼️Dates are not reserved unless a deposit is prepaid in advance. ‼️Dogs must be crate trained to stay at Bee’s Bed and Barkfast daycare and boarding. This is a non negotiable for safety, feeding, rest and safe transitions. ‼️Boarding can be booked anytime, as long as the dates are within the next 3 months. I do not book out more than 3 months in advance. I am available generally anytime between sunrise and sunset. Due to a vision disability, I may occasionally need to adjust timing on very rainy days, and I do not drive after dark. If weather requires a schedule shift, I’ll always communicate in advance and ensure your pet still receives attentive, high-quality care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being are my top priorities. I provide intentional, structured care designed to reduce stress, prevent issues before they happen, and create a calm, predictable experience for both pets and owners. This applies whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or in mine. How I care for pets & homes: • Safety-first, prevention-focused handling at all times • Calm routines that prioritize rest, enrichment, and emotional regulation • Respectful care of your home… clean, secure, and exactly how you left it • Doors, gates, leashes, and feeding instructions double-checked every visit • Clear, proactive communication so you’re never left wondering how things are going Boarding & Daycare Environment: • Low-volume, home-based care, not a brick and mortar storefront or warehouse-style daycare • Structured daycare with supervised interactions and enforced rest breaks • Slow, intentional introductions tailored to each dog’s comfort level • Solo or one-on-one care available for dogs who need space or prefer independence at an increased rate • Crate training mandatory to ensure smooth transitions and safety How I differ from other sitters: • I do not force interactions or “let dogs work it out” • I do not overbook or rotate large groups of unfamiliar dogs • I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach Instead, I focus on individualized care, clear boundaries, and calm structure, the kind of environment where dogs can truly settle, decompress, and feel secure.

About: I'm 50 years old, and have mostly owned pit bull breed dogs, but I love all breeds. From 2010 to 2018, my APBT was trained as a therapy animal, we did hospital visits and library events with children. I taught him several tricks, such as left, right, speak, play dead. My current pit is a rescue and I am off leash training. Dog Walking: I work in the Kankakee area, so coming to walk your dog in Kankakee, Bradley, Bourbonnais, is NO problem! Either in the mornings (after 7am) and/or later in the evenings (8ish pm) it's all negotiable. I live in Iroquois county, so I have more availability to walk your dog if you are in that area. Pet Sitting: I can come to sit in your home, if that is preferred. I am also available to just come let them outside, spend time and play, feed, water, clean up. Boarding: I would love to open our home to your precious babies. Non smoking, fenced in yard, lots of walks in my small town. My dog friendly pup can't wait to play tag around the dining room table. All pets are welcome on the couches and have full access to the entire 1st floor, including the bed in the spare room. My husband and I work different shifts, so someone is usually always home. A maximum of 3 to 4 hours of an occasional overlap in shifts. I am able to crate your pet if preferred, or close off access to half of the living space. Before boarding, a few meet and greets are necessary. More details as we move forward. Cats: I will help with your cats, spending time, play, feed, clean litter boxes. I also have several years of experience with birds. I know how important socializing is to birds, and leaving them alone can cause problems and stress. Boarding of cats and birds can be discussed. As I'm nearing retirement from the Healthcare field, I would like to do more of what I love, which is caring for and spending time with animals. If I can do that for you, and ease your worry while you are away, it's a win for everyone! Reach out and let me help you today. As far as boarding your dog, my husband and I work different shifts, so someone is always home. A fully fenced back yard and good sniffer walks in my small town. Your dog is welcome on the couches and downstairs bed. Access to entire 1st floor. I can also crate if preferred. Baths and nail trims are no problem! I have a 60lb staffordshire terrier who loves all kids, people and dogs. It's playtime almost 24/7! Unless it's nap time and he's professional at that also!

About: I have experience caring for pets of different sizes and temperaments and understand the importance of routine, safety, and clear communication with owners. My large fenced yard allows for safe outdoor play, and I can accommodate crate training, senior pets, or pets who need a slower-paced environment. I keep a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide consistent, hands on care throughout the day. Because I only host one pet at a time, your pet will receive dedicated attention, regular outdoor time in my large fenced yard, and a calm, structured routine. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays with advance notice to ensure the best experience for your pet. Your dog will stay in a quiet, pet-free, kid-free home in Morocco, Indiana. I have a large, fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise. Since I only care for one pet at a time, there are no group interactions or overcrowded environments.
