About: I've always been around animals. Whether it was family pets or animals I showed in FFA, I've always had animals near and dear to my heart. Currently I'm working part time and have lots of time to devote to your fur babies. About: I was born and raised on a family farm. From the time I was born I have been riding in tractors and taking care of all sorts of animals. Growing up we always had dogs and cats in our home. I have always loved rescuing strays and rehabilitating injured animals of all shapes and sizes. I now have three fur babies of my very own and they are my life! About: Hello, I’m Kirsten. I have been actively dog sitting for the last 5 years in and around Washington county and Frederick county. As well as the surrounding areas. (Mount airy, woodbine, Frederick, smithsburg, Hagerstown. etc) As of September 2026 we do have a newborn. I do both overnights in your home and boarding opportunities in our home. I can work from home most days which allows a very flexible schedule. I am willing to accommodate for what ever needs are present and will make sure your pet is well taken care of. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
