“Our dogs, Homer and Bella absolutely lived staying with Charlie and his family. They liked it so much I was worried as to whether they would want to come back home with us. They had a HUGE yard to play in, a number of other great dogs to romp around with, two of which are Charlie’s, the rest were visitors as well. Charlie did a great job keeping us up to date with frequent updates, pictures and videos. Knowing our fur babies were being so well taken care of made our vacation get away so much more enjoyable. About: Hi, I'm Suzie and I'll turn 62 this month... That is almost how long that I've been a pet owner from dogs, cats, horses, ponies, chickens cows, peacocks.. I'm also a Registered Nurse who worked critical care for 11 years and have been an RN for 35 years. I'm very comfortable with injections, and giving meds, assessing the animal and knowing when to call a vet. I have a Newfoundland here and a newfie/great dane cross, 3 house cats, and then the rest of the animals outside. The dog yard has a pet door that leads into a small area in my kitchen that is currently fenced off so no one gets free run of the house unless supervised. They can come and go back and forth as much as they want to. My back yard is lined with 4 board fencing that also has American wire in the inside to keep little ones in. I'm currently working flex at the hospital so I'm actually home almost all the time. I have a roommate that helps with the farm and the dogs when I'm not here. I'm a home body so I'm home here almost all the time. I have a 4 board fenced in yard that is also lined on the inside with American wire for my yard and have chains on the gates leading into and out of the yard. My fence is 5 ft high. There is a pet door leading into the kitchen which has a small fenced in area inside the kitchen so that the dogs can be contained just in case they are wet. I allow them into the house once they are dry.

About: Hi I’m Callihan! I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was in middle school. I’m 35 and do not have any 2-legged children, just 4-legged ones! I’ve both owned and taken care of puppies through senior dogs and every age in between. I’ve done overnights in peoples houses to just walks. I have horses and cats and am also comfortable taking care of those species as well. Friends and neighbors have relied on me for years to take excellent care of their pets - I treat them as if they were my own! I currently work full time but am free in the mornings before work, evenings and on weekends. I also work from home on Fridays so am available all day on those days. I am comfortable crating your pet if that is what you prefer or find safest for them. My own dogs are crate-trained until they can behave themselves and stay safe in my home during the day. I live on a 15-acre farm in Chambersburg so my dogs get plenty of time outside in the fresh air! I’m happy to care for your fur baby as you normally would if it fits into my daily schedule.
About: I’ve been a life time animal lover! I grew up with two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Westie. I currently live on a 300 acre farm with 9 cats. We have a guest house where I will board your pet, so no need to worry about any interaction with my current pets. I can offer a relaxing atmosphere and all day care on weekends along with morning and afternoon care on week days. I can also board or do drop-in visits for fish, hamsters, or horses. I can take crate trained dogs anytime during the week but could only provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours. We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! I can be trusted with your animal for an extended time or just an afternoon walk! I can also board hamsters or horses.

About: I’m a veterinary technician who has been in this field for 3 years now before that worked at more than one doggie daycare center. Would love to Continue doing what I love outside my job ! I own a golden doodle , a kitten and 2 Guinea pigs on top of helping all the animals at my full time job I have a friendly dog who loves to play and take long walks which is what we do almost everyday. They had a HUGE yard to play in, a number of other great dogs to romp around with, two of which are Charlie’s, the rest were visitors as well. About: I grew up in a dog-loving home—there was never a time we didn’t have a furry friend in the family. Since my very first pet, I’ve enjoyed caring for animals. About: I have had the honor of having dogs my entire life. Recently, helped my daughter potty training her rescue puppies. They have become the protectors of my grandchildren.
