About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs and cats, and now having two rescue dogs of my own, I just can't imagine life without them. I haven't used Rover before, but I've spent years watching friends' dogs and cats whenever they needed someone they could trust. I've raised puppies, cared for kittens, and even handled medications when needed, so I'm no stranger to what animals need to feel safe and loved. I come to your home so your babies can stay in their own space, in their own routine. Every animal is different and I take the time to get to know them. Big or small, they all get the same gentle, attentive care. I just genuinely love animals, and that's something you'll see the moment I meet your pet. I'm always happy to set up a meet-up before booking so we can connect, your pet can get comfortable with me, and we can make sure it feels like the right fit for everyone I recently graduated from Arcadia University with my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. While I study for my boards and prepare to move back home to Washington, I have time on my hands and want to spend it doing something I truly enjoy. Right now my days are completely open, which means your dog gets my full attention. No rushing off, no squeezing them in between a busy schedule. I'm there as long as they need me. As the mom of two very needy rescue dogs, I completely understand wanting your babies to have someone around as much as possible, and right now, I'm in a position to give exactly that! Since I will be in your home, my first priority is to respect whatever routine and rules you have in place for your pet. I am happy to provide as much or as little entertainment, snuggles, or space as your fur baby needs. When it comes to walks, I'm no stranger to dogs that pull on the leash or get reactive around other dogs. I've handled strong, reactive animals before and I feel confident and calm managing them.

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs my entire life. I currently own two standard Goldendoodles and foster cats/kittens for the Hero Rescue. I have been an animal lover since I was a small child. I have patience with pets that need some time adapting to a new person in their area. I work full time so pets that are crate trained would work best for boarding in my home. If you would rather me come for drop ins I can stay and make sure they are fed, have water, get play time, and plenty of love while I’m there. Dogs in my home would have a fenced in yard for supervised potty breaks and play time. I also have enough space to throw a ball/toy for fetch inside for extra exercise. They would have my 2 Goldendoodles for company but any boarders would need to be crate trained so I don’t have to worry about them getting into anything while I’m at work. I also have cameras in my home so I can check in on everyone throughout the day. Drop ins would get attention, love, and play time while I’m at your home with them.

I have 4 dogs, a snake, and a bearded dragon of my own that have my whole heart. I always look forward to taking care of my friends & family’s fur babies while they go on vacations. About: I’ve been around animals all my life, & I can’t wait until I’m in a situation when I can finally have my own dog again. I’m knowledgeable about pet care & animal behavior, have great attention to detail, & enjoy learning more. I love every critter I meet (although I am partial towards chihuahuas & pits) & I have yet to meet a dog that didn’t like me. My family always had dogs growing up, & I have experience caring for a variety of dogs of different ages. I’ve only had two pet dogs that went through their entire life cycle with me, & my most recent doggo was a shitzu who came to me when she was 11. I spent her last few years trying to make her as comfortable & happy as possible. That’s the goal for every animal I care for. While this is obviously a job, & I do need the money, I genuinely enjoy getting to be helpful, to make someone’s life easier, & to, of course, spend time with dogs. I figure if I have to have a side hustle, it should at least be rewarding!! Thanks for reading!! I am a waitress- I usually work full-time, but it’s the slow season & we have a server surplus at the moment. I’m currently only scheduled for 3 night shifts a week, so my schedule is pretty open. Even on the days I do work, I would be able to check-in & care for the dogs before I go in, & can check on them afterwards as well if needed. Basically, I currently have plenty of time to fit in pet care. I am comfortable staying at someone else’s place; it would be nice to have a change of scenery every once in a while. Of course, I will treat your house with respect & be sure to leave it as it was when I arrived! If they wanna chill & sleep, that’s fine with me, but if they’re really active & need to play, I will play fetch & tug-o-war for hours on end. I have a car & supplies to take care of a dog if it is needed (snacks, poop bags, leash, blankets, first aid kit). I’m familiar with dog breeds & behavior & am aware of different training techniques so I’m not worried about being able to manage any dog- like getting them in their crate at the end of the night, or establishing a relationship with them, etc. I will care for your pet the way you want, but above all I will always care for an animal with the utmost respect & love, 💕
