About: I’ve had pets my entire life and adore them! Dogs, cats, and more. I’ve had experience of taking care of/ petting sitting my families pets for a few years. Love taking care of them <3 I have a very open schedule as a tattoo apprentice and I am free most evenings and mornings. I can fit pet sitting around my job. I have a fenced in yard and four sweet doggies. They are crate trained so they don’t get into stuff at night or while I’m away. My pup needs some medications, so I was a bit concerned about leaving my dog in the care of someone else. The fact that Anna is a Registered Nurse put me at ease. She payed very close attention to detail in providing the medication my pup requires. Anna went above and beyond the instructions I had for her. Stephanie was amazing. She went above and beyond taking care of Parmy. She not only was a great sitter but a great teacher to me and Parmy. She provided me with ideas such as puzzle feeders, and when the one I got was not difficult enough, she let me try out one of her dog’s puzzles which was super helpful. She even taught my dog how to play fetch. She was timely, always arrived before schedule, and went the distance. I don’t trust too many people, but I trust Stephanie. Annaliese took amazing care of my cat during a week-long trip that suddenly turned into 10 days as a result of travel complications. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
