That’s when Brent came out of the house to greet us excited and calling Missy’s name. Suddenly, the dog that had been moping around all morning because I was leaving… Immediately! About: Surrounding myself around pets has always given me serenity and peace. I worked at a dog resort where I fed, walked, played with, cleaned up after, and even had nap time with many dogs. I have studied dog behavior and group play through lessons given by my employment at the dog resort. Our dog is an indoor/outdoor dog. He spends most of his time inside, but he likes to play outside in our fenced in yard during the day as long as the weather is good. We have a screened-in porch with a fan for him to rest in while he is outside, too. He is free to go in and out of it as he pleases. Our dog is free-fed, but we are also used to following feeding schedules from caring for our elderly dog who recently passed, as well as my family’s dogs. She is very gentle with animals and absolutely loves interacting with them—it’s truly sweet to watch. I forgot to pack enough food for the second day, and they stepped in without hesitation to make sure she was fed and well taken care of, which I really appreciated.
