“Shanna was outstanding. She looked after our babies like they were her own. She got to know our kitties and took care of them really well. Shanna sent us pictures and videos which reassured us that we had picked the right pet caregiver. Shanna went above and beyond by cleaning up after our kitties, getting our mail, and even putting our trash on the road for pickup. Thank you, Shanna!”

“Sarah is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. My cat Puffey doesn’t take to many people; however, he loves Sarah. She is extremely dependable and always goes above and beyond. When I arrived home she had written a note thanking me for using her service.”

About: I have taken care of babies of both dogs and cats for years. From pups to seniors. I have a deep love for animals and have rescued many throughout the years, while also taking care of others. I treat others furbabies with the same love, attention and respect that I give my own. I currently work full time, but my hours are daytime only. I have pets of my own that are always taken care of and because I have a spouse and family close by, I am able to adjust accordingly to help with the needs of others who are seeking both stayovers and let outs. While I would not be caring for a clients pet in my home. We have a fenced yard at our home and we also walk our babies daily. So I am comfortable with both a fenced environment or leashe walking as needed.

“Kristen was exceptional with my dogs. She took such great care of them and they fell in love with her!! She provided updates and communicated with me in a way that put me at ease. She is steller!”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was young. I believe all our animal companions deserve the love, care, comfort and understanding that we give to our family and loved ones. I work full-time Monday through Friday, 7 am - 3 pm on the south side of McDonough. I am able to pop in when needed, on my way to or from work, as well as fully open after 3pm and some weekends (reach out to me for special availability times). When in my home, I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have plenty of room for walks. When in your home, I will follow your rules and guidelines as requested to ensure trust and satisfaction on your end as well as your pets happiness and comfortability.

About: What sets me apart is the level of personalized care I give every dog. I take time to learn their routines, quirks, and needs, so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I have experience with both energetic puppies and senior dogs who need a gentler touch and extra attention. Whether it’s basic training, giving meds, or just lots of play and cuddles—I’ve got it covered. My availability is very open right now, and I’m fully committed to pet care throughout the summer. Starting September 1st, I’ll be beginning college, so my schedule will be a bit more limited. However, I’ll still be available on weekends and during school breaks, and I’ll continue to give every pet the same care and attention they deserve! When I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and stick closely to the care instructions provided. I keep everything clean and organized, and I communicate regularly with updates.

“Hailey did an amazing job of caring for our 4 cats while they were in a bit of a confusing living situation during a temporary stay while moving across country. Hailey didn't miss a detail and was super communicative about their care while we were away for two days. Our family will definitely look to Hailey to care for our pets again!”

“Canija was fantastic! We already have her booked for the next time we are out of town. Our cat Gizmo just started some new medications and she was on it! She helped in easing my anxiety with Gizmo which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommending her to all My fellow pet owners!!”

“Carmen was great! Everything was as it should be when I returned and my kitty was well taken care of. Thanks so much! I had a great first experience with rover thanks to carmen! :)”

About: Since I was a child, I've had a strong affinity for animals and have always adored fur pets. I've been caring for animals since I was ten years old. I've worked with senior dogs for four years. Neighbors and friends have entrusted me with keeping an eye on, walking, bathing, and feeding their pets. I also kept an eye on chickens. I figured rover would be a great way for me to interact with a variety of furry friends. I can work full time on weekends and part time and weekdays because I’m still in school. But I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pets. I’m available for boarding on weekends, and drop ins on weekdays. I don't keep pets in cages because I don't want them to feel confined. I do accept pets on furniture, but if you want your pet to be crated I will allow it. I also have a very large yard for your pet to run about in.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was a youngster. I did rescue for 20 years providing forever homes for pets. I also already pet sit for several friends and acquaintances. I am looking to broaden my client base. I also spent years training dogs and i currently show dogs and compete with them. I love dogs and have in-depth knowledge of dog behavior and health. I do work full time so i can pet sit and stay at your home or your pet can come to me. I work four out of five days remotely. One day is an 8 hour day. I have a huge fenced yard that can be opened to a larger fenced area. My animals are in the home living with me like family. My own pets get along well with others and enjoy having company.

About: Pets have always been really friendly towards me and I love animals. I have some dog toys and treats as well. Can’t remember a day that I wasn’t living without a pet in my home. Even had a mini farm taking care of animals like sheep, rabbits, chickens, etc. growing up. I am about to start a new job but would be home mom-thurs around 6pm and fridays around 3pm. I try to keep my availability up to date as best I can. I have a fenced in yard and as long as my fur babies get along with yours I would love to sit your animals for you! Dogs always get taken out first thing in the morning and then I try to let them out again between every 2-4 hrs after or sooner if they can let me know they need to go. Feed and water per owners instructions.

About: I’ve worked in veterinary medicine for almost three years as a technician so I’m also educated on the medical side of things as well. I’ve worked in emergency as well as your normal general practice. I’m currently working part time so I have lots of free time and I’ll have plenty of time to be able to squeeze pet care into my schedule. If I’m taking care of your pet in your home depending on if you have a fenced in yard or not your fur babies will still be able to go outside. Rather they need to be leashed or not I will do per your request. I’m also willing to go on long walks for your babies and I will do my absolute best to make sure your requests are met.

About: With over 15 years of pet experience, and have fostered over 150+ foster dogs in my home for local rescues over the last decade. My foster experience has helped me develop a knack for making pets feel at home. Safety is my top priority. I do have three labs of my own, who are absolutely spoiled rotten and love to play. I work from home, so animals who are boarded at my home can be let out throughout the day. For house sitting, I am available with the exception of 730-430 Monday thru Friday. I have a privacy fenced in yard, with additional crates as needed. I prefer to crate dogs at night or when running errands since unfamiliar environments can be stressing. I only use the crate as a positive non-punishment strategy. I’ve found over the years, pets in a short-term situation take comfort in having a space of their own. When gone I ensure that there are several barriers between pets so that they are safe. I am a public school teacher, I am able to provide care before and after work but more importantly on school breaks. Your fur baby will be cared for just as well as you would care for them while you’re enjoying your vacation. I have extra crates available for guest pets, which are cleaned after each guest. We also have a fenced back yard with a 6ft privacy fence to provide plenty of exercise.

About: I’ve had all types of pets and multiple pets at once from the age of 1 to now. I love all animals and always look forward to interacting with different types of animals. I currently work full time but I’m looking to take care of pets full time and leave my current job. I will have plenty of time to play with and love your fur babies. I walk, feed, love, and take care of my 2 dogs every day. I also take care of my parents 3 dogs when they need me to. I have a bearded dragon that I care for. I’ve had many other pets in the past as well

“Blessed to know her.... has taken great care of our "kids". Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish and Horses.... Even though at 1st horses weren't in her wheelhouse she recognized the signs of colic and had no problem giving the shots necessary to save his life..... She is smart and capable of thinking problems through..... Feel confident to leave her any "kid" situation :^)”
