“Pam knows what she’s doing! My dogs are excitable and can be a handful—but I was able to leave them in an ideal setting AND with perfect confidence that they would be well-taken care of. <<Highly recommend>> Thanks, Pam! 🤗”

“We’ve found our perfect home away from home for Kirby Jane! She didn’t even want to come with me bc she loves it so much there! We can’t say enough kind things about Matt and Candace! They are great!”

“Dear, Isabella, thank you very much for your exceptional care of Timothy. From the day one it was clear reflection of your great experience and love for furry kids. We are grateful for regularly sending us a picture of Timothy and thus keep our connection with him. Every picture expressed his enjoyable presence at your home. Also, it was an awesome experience for Timothy as well. He learned to communicate with your young family member and your pets and found himself happy. Another thing I would like to mention, that how understandable, Thank you very much. We definitely will use your service again, dear Isabella. ♥️♥️♥️”

“Deborah was absolutely amazing with my pups! I’m so happy that I found her! One of my pups has quite a few quirks and Deborah was so patient and kind with her 🥹 my pups were part of the family over the holiday, they loved our pups like their own! What a relief to find such a kind and caring sitter. Not only was she amazing with the dogs, she was also so patient with me having multiple travel delays. She is so sweet and understanding! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!”

“Awesome! The absolute BEST. Crystal sent updates with photos and video all week. My fur baby had the best time. She got all the loves and cuddles, just like at home. We will never board our baby at the vet again. Crystal is the very best fur baby caregiver!! She made our vacation worry free and provided the best doggie vacation. 10/10. 100%. Highly recommend.”

“Jamie took great care of our dog Rocky this week. She was kind enough to offer a meet and greet, and then was flexible to change the date when the weather wasn’t cooperating. Jamie sent daily updates with photos. Rocky enjoyed playing with Jamie’s dogs and her other boarding pups. She seemed to feel at home with Jamie and her family. We will definitely rebook with Jamie in the future.”

“Serenity has been an incredible dog sitter for our senior dog, Molly. She watches her for extended periods and always provides the most loving, safe, and comfortable environment while we’re away. Molly has elderly-dog needs, and Serenity is so patient, attentive, and accommodating to them. It gives us such peace of mind knowing Molly is so well cared for and genuinely loved in our absence. We are beyond thankful for Serenity and highly recommend her to anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate pet care!”

“Michelle is knowledgeable, very organized & has a great system. Tugg had fun playing with the other dogs and came home tired & content. I would definitely recommend Michelle!”

About: Hi! I’m a high school teacher who teaches culinary arts. At home, I have a golden retriever, Saffron and a Labradoodle, Leo. I live on 2 1/2 acres, one of which is fenced in and perfect for furry friends to run and play! I am a teacher and gone from 7 am to 3:30 pm, but my parents live next door and watch my animals when I am away. Growing up, my brother had a service dog who was part Great Dane and part Black Lab. He became part of the family! I think that’s what started my love for animals. Since college, I’ve had at least one pet. While in Culinary school, I worked long hours. For Christmas, I got my cat, Basil. She was at the door with a “meow” at the end of long days in the kitchen. When I began my career as a culinary teacher, I bought my first house with a back yard and almost immediately added my girls, Sage and Sketch to the household! I work full time as a high school teacher. but live next door to my parents who watch over my pets. They love them as if they were their own! I have an acre, fenced in back yard. My dogs love the country, running and playing in the back yard! They are house dogs, but love the chance to run as much as possible.
“Adrienne was fabulous. She watched my little papillon Belle for a week and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She sent updates and pictures. She was very kind and I will definitely use her again. Highly recommend”

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
