About: I’ve worked in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant and kennel assistant in multiple different offices and shelters for ten years. I also have owned numerous dogs and cats in my lifetime. I have experience with diabetic cats and dogs, and administering medication. There is no dog i cannot medicate when he needs them! I’m a stay at home mom of 1 with two dogs and one cat, so I’m always available. Rain or shine, day or night, I can always pop in on Fido or Fluffy! Unless otherwise discussed with the pet parent, my usual rounds would include cleaning and refilling the water bowl at every visit, feeding at the agreed upon times, bathroom breaks upon my arrival and departure, regardless of the length of my stay, and plenty of loves and scritches for your four legged best friend!

About: I’ve worked with pets since 2022 and have experience in both boarding facilities and veterinary clinic settings. I’m confident caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including administering medications and providing senior pet care. My background gives me the skills to handle emergencies and make even shy or anxious pets feel safe. What sets me apart is my calm, compassionate approach and dedication to keeping your pets happy, healthy, and comfortable while you’re away. Pet care has been part of my daily routine since 2022 through my work in vet clinics and boarding facilities. I’m used to working around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and giving medications when needed. Whether it’s early mornings, evenings, or weekends, I’m flexible and make caring for animals a priority in my schedule. Keeping pets happy, healthy, and on their routine is something I truly enjoy! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In your home, I follow their normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime to keep them happy and stress-free. I’m careful to keep doors, gates, and leashes secure and always watch for any changes in behavior or health. In my home, I provide a calm, clean, and loving environment where pets can relax and feel safe. Whether in your home or mine, I treat every pet like they’re my own with patience, compassion, and plenty of love!

About: No fur baby too big or too small! I love to care for them ALL. I've been a dog owner since a child. They are considered family in our home! I have years of experience helping neighbors, family and friends with their animals while out of town. They will be welcomed with love and made sure their needs are met during visit. I'm happy to send photos during my visits :) I currently work full time during the week and off on weekends. I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups on weekend drop ins or walks. If needed, I'm available after 7pm during weekdays for drop ins or walks. At this time, I do not offer boarding at my own home. I'm happy to provide communication updates during visits (I enjoy them with my pets too) and Meet & Greets are welcome. Please advise of any detailed information on your pet. Example: they don't like belly rubs, no baby talk (causes tinkle), or if you leave a preferred dog treat for them to encourage potty. This way I can ensure we have a successful visit customized for your pet. As my two big fur babies have their own do's and don'ts. ;)

About: Taking care of pets has been my passion for many years. I’ve always taken care of other animals as if they were my own fuzzy family member and promise to provide the same to your pets. My primary type of care is with American bully’ breeds, but also have experience with smaller and larger dogs as well. As someone who has an incredibly flexible work schedule, I am able to easily coordinate care for not only my pets, but yours as well! I will provide your pets with the highest quality care and love that all pets deserve. They will get the much needed attention and care, whether it be medication administration for an older dog, or getting the zoomies out for your active pup. Walks are typically around a mile long, but can be adjusted based on each pets requirements. I can take them on jogs as well if that is what they prefer.

About: I’ve have grown up in a house with both cats and dogs, very comfortable with large breeds of dogs. I take the time to get to know each animal individually. I work full time and have availability usually everyday after 5pm. I am also available anytime on the weekends as I have those off work. I will follow any house rules and will do what I can to make your pets comfortable with me being in their homes to help take care of them in any way that they need.

About: I have always had dogs and cats while growing up and have worked at a veterinary clinic for 4 years, walking and taking care of boarding cats and dogs!! Pet care fits into my daily routine since I take care of my dogs while at home, feeding, walking, cuddling, and playing with them!! While obviously giving them lots of treats :) I am able to adapt to different families needs when caring for their animals. I can walk dogs, let them outside for potty breaks, feed animals, hang out with them and anything else families need.

About: I’ve had many pets growing up and although i’m getting paid while sitting, It’s more than the money to me. It’s about the experience too. I work part-time and i’m usually always home. I also love being active so I’ll always look for things to do with whoever i’m sitting. I have a fenced yard, I will follow a strict schedule if asked, and i’m very familiar with places to take the pets if possible.

“Thanks, Amanda, for taking such good care of our kitties for the week! The drop-in updates were great and we appreciated seeing pix of the rascals. Excellent problem-solving, too!”

About: I am available for drop in visits or walks in the Shorewood and Minooka area. I am also available to watch your dog(s) in my home. I have a fully fenced yard, a very friendly Boxer mix, and plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I have been around dogs all my life. I recently had to let my Saint Bernard cross the Rainbow Bridge just shy of his 13th birthday. I volunteer and foster dogs/puppies from a few local rescues. I am very responsible and will treat your dog like I would my own. I love dogs of all sizes and all personalities. I can send you updates and pictures of my visits with your dog so you can see they are well taken care of. I am a teacher so I am off for the summer. I work one mile from home so can come home during my lunch time if your dog needs a potty break. My yard is fully fenced, my dog has free roam of my house and so will yours. I do have crates here in case your dog is used to being crated.

About: Hi I very caring, calm & pet smart – 7 years of experience with dogs, cats, puppies & seniors. Reliable, playful, and always on time. About: I’ve been around dogs ever since I was a child. I grew up with larger dogs and a small dog as well, and am familiar with all stages of life. Currently, I’m a furmom of 3! have a 1.5 year old Australian shepherd, 9 year old smaller dog, and a 3 year old cat. When taking care of your fur babies I will treat them like my own 🐶🐱 I am a nurse so my schedule varies, I usually have 2-3 days off in a row or sometimes more. Please inquire on my current availability! If coming to my home, unfortunately we do not have a fenced in yard but we have the proper equipment for using a very long rope tied to an anchor for ample room and play time outside. I will always keep a good eye on your pets to maintain their safety.

About: I am a local elementary school teacher looking to offer up my services! My availability is pretty open aside from daytime/weekday hours teaching. As far as experience, I can offer two things. First, I have been a pet owner for many years and have nothing but love for animals. Secondly, I have had a couple chances to dog sit in the past. I'm looking to use this to gain experience, so I can become a more qualified pet-sitter. I live in a house with my fiancé in a safe and friendly neighborhood. I have two kittens that live at my house with us. Our house has a pretty open backyard but it DOES NOT have a fence. I also have a car and could use that in this setting when needed.

“This was my first experience with Rovee.com...Amber was great to work with, from the very beginning. Quick to respond and sent me lots of photos and a video of my pets while I was away. She was flexible with her schedule and I trusted her right from the very beginning. I will definitely be contacting her in the future when I escape for my next adventure!”

Whether it's pet sitting while I'm out of town, taking my dog for daily walks, or giving them a fresh look with grooming sessions, the care and attention they provide are outstanding. My dog Feyra absolutely adores her walks and always comes home happy and tired (which is a huge plus!).
