“This is our first Rover experience and Rachel was great from the start of the process. We needed a couple check-in visits with our cat for food/water changes and litter box cleaning while away for a week. Rachel was responsive from the start and made a quick visit to meet the cat and get instructions before we went away. I could tell Rachel is a real animal lover and she helped us feel comfortable with the experience. Rover let us know when Rachel was “checking in” and she sent lots of pics from her visits. We would definitely work with Rachel again!”
