My dogs used to be road trip champs but unfortunately due to old age and one handicap, they have to stay behind. Agreed to leave it locked in the house, He brought in the mail and kept the house clean (litter box, used cans of food, etc.) Found out he is starting off in the business. Might suggest to check beforehand with the client how often they would like photos. I was cruising and did not always have access to internet/texts/calls. I would consider rebooking Jordan in the future.”

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
