About: I have several years of hands-on pet care experience from family and friends with dogs and cats. I’ve provided daily walks, multiple feedings, grooming, and basic training for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’m comfortable with senior pets and those requiring medication, and I’ve also cared for anxious or high-energy dogs with patience and consistency. In addition, I’ve done overnight stays, ensuring pets maintain their routine in a stress-free environment. I genuinely love animals and treat every pet as if they were my own, always focused on their comfort, safety, and happiness. I work from home during normal business hours with leniency in needing to step away during the day. Also willing to work from the pets home if WiFi is available! I tend to stay pretty flexible. Either way, they’ll be treated like my own pet which is very heavy on the cuddles, kisses and treats. My pup, Roxie, loves being outside- so if your dog loves it outside also then that’s where we’ll be! If they like to be a couch potato, that’s my spirit animal and I’ll make sure they’re all comfy and well veg it out together! Currently in my home there are 2 other pups also that are very friendly and 2 other people that also love animals! I do not have the set up for cats, as I don’t currently have my own but have had cats in the past and can also care for them. Familiar with litter boxes and giving medication to cats, also.

About: I have been around pets since I was a kid. I did take care of elder dogs in the past time. I did dog-sitting the puppies. I had experience with foster dogs and my housemate in the past. I have experience with deaf dogs myself. My family and I raised a deaf dog; she is now at peace. I am currently working from home. My schedule has some flexibility that I can take care of other things such as taking care of pets. I always make sure the pets feel safe and secure in their space. About: I have worked in professional pet care for 4 years and have been watching neighbors dogs for the past 2 years. At doggy daycare I have worked with all sizes and ages of dogs and am comfortable with all of them. I am currently and student at The University of Missouri but am still able to come to your house to watch your pet. I can stay at your house during the week or weekend, my classes are during the middle of the day so they can go out plenty of times in the morning and night. I have three dogs at home that I am very used to taking care of as well as my cat. I can follow your pets schedule so there is no difference in your care and mine.

About: I have taken care of many animals in my lifetime weather it being my neighbors or the animals at my jobs. I am very reliable with animals, and I have experience because I have worked at a dog boarding place for 2 years! At this moment my availability is some what I work at a restaurant so that could interfere if it’s an earlier notice I’ll be able to fit you in my schedule easier! From past experiences I have gotten a list of chores that needs to be done for the animals (example: walking times, feeding times, playing time, etc).

About: I have taken care of animals since I was little. I've been an animal lover since I was born. I am ver patient and do good with animals. I am available on weekends and weekdays when I'm not working. Just text me and I'll let you know if I am available. I can walk even when it is a bit dark. I always make to check on them every once in awhile to make sure they are good. I make sure to give lots of cuddles. For dogs, I make sure to occasionally see if they need to go outside. Water is always available.

About: Hello I have many years of experience with pet sitting but I’ve had animals my whole life I’ve taken care of anything from dogs to spiders to snapping turtles I love all animals I’ll treat them like my own I'm 25 years old I have doctors appointments but if they interfere with the schedule we can rearrange something this is what I do for a living I will be coming to your house unless your ok with me and the furbaby playing/chilling in my room because I have one dog who can get grumpy around other animals the other one loves all animals (they are both small dogs)

About: Hello! Thank you for taking an interest in my profile, I’m originally from Des Moines, Iowa. I recently moved to Missouri after spending a few years in Pittsburgh. I grew up with dogs, we raised a golden retriever and two Dobermans. We are now an all cat household. I helped and continue to help with the care of our family’s pets, and had the joyful experience of working with clients regularly during my time in Pittsburgh. I fostered and crate trained a puppy during the summer in 2019 and have raised 2 Sphynx cats. I have always loved being around animals, I try to be easy to talk to and understanding. My hours are flexible. I just moved, so I will have plenty of time to work with you on your schedule. I will be able to be with your pet as you see fit. I hope to keep your pet entertained, play with their favorite toys, take them outside for some fresh air, and connect with them and their unique personality. I am comfortable giving them their medication, and keeping any routines in play to make them happy. I am happy to accommodate requests.

“Amanda was just THE BEST. The first time she met Hoss, my cat, they bonded. Hoss loves to play fetch and chase the dot and the two of the got right to it. Hoss likes the treats in a tube but would only eat then from the bowl till Amanda got to eat them from her hand. She knows how to make our pets comfortable and provided a lap to curl up on. Hoss would meet her at the door and tell her about his day. If your looking for someone watch your pet I'd recommend Amanda. So does Hoss”

About: When I was younger we raised Pit Bulls and I was very involved with the raising, training and caring for them. As an adult I have had several small breeds thru the years and loved every one of them. I also had a cat for 18 wonderful years and several horses thru the years. They are all like my kids! I work from home most of the time (I'd say about 80% of the time). Occasionally find myself needing to work onsite in Columbia or the surrounding areas. I would not schedule an overnight during those times just so I can be sure to give 100% of my time to our guest. I live out in the country but we do not have a fenced yard that would contain a dog. My littles go out on a tether most times however we do walk the country road on leash and we frequent the dog park in Fulton. I would be sure and hand walk your baby throughout the day. My two littles are the center of my universe. I have a long haired Doxie and a Pomeranian mix, both males both fixed and utd on all their vaccinations. I believe that dogs are to be spoiled and loved on as much as possible. My guys go where I go, they sit on furniture, sleep in my bed and run the house. When I am not home they are secured in one room of the house with tile floor just in case of accidents. I have a lot of love and time to give to any guest we may have in our home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I got my own best buddy, Kacie (named after both the Kansas City Chiefs and Casey’s Pizza), two years ago. We love to run, hike and take naps! My sister also has a mix that I frequently care for. I’ll take care of your furry friend as I would my own! My full time job is very flexible. About: Hello! My name is Sarah and I am an animal science major at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and I love getting to work with a variety of animals. Not only did I grow up on a farm with cattle, pigs, turkeys, dogs, and cats, I also have three years of experience working with more exotic animals at a science and animal camp. I have had the pleasure of working with llamas, snakes, emus, and my favorite animal, the ring-tailed lemur. At camp we have over 100 different species of animals. I would love the opportunity to work with and get to know all of your furry, or not so furry, friends. I signed up to work for Rover to earn an extra income to save for graduate school which I plan to attend next fall. I currently work full time during the week, however I am local to Columbia and have a substantial break during the day if I would need to let any pets out. Weekends for me are completely free and I would love to watch your furry companions if you need a weekend getaway. In my home I have the ability to put gates up on my stairs as well as space for a kennel if necessary. I like to take morning and evening walks around my neighborhood and have plenty of toys to keep your pet entertained. Working as a veterinary assistant has made me conscious of actions, behaviors, and the importance of providing excellent care to all pets, large and small. I have a large, unfenced yard where your pet could play with deer or even the neighborhood cat Milo. I am also able to provide a crate for your pet if necessary.
