About: Came from a family of multiple large + small breed dogs (pitties, boxers, chihuahuas, I can handle just about anything!) Mother to 3 cats now. I worked at a dog boarding facility in Austin for 2 years. I love creatures of all kinds. I consider my approach to be gentle and intuitive, I'm good at reading animals body language. Experienced with working in high tension situations as well and acting on my toes accordingly for the safety of all! I work an 8-5 full time schedule Monday-Friday. After work + weekend visits are preferred, but can also drop by before work if needed. I treat your home with the respect and care I would my own. I'll keep it a safe and clean environment for your fur baby.

About: I grew up with plenty of animals and got accustomed to meeting new fur babies in my school’s Vet Assisting program. I started to pet sit for families near me and friends over time. I am very patient and nothing could gross me out! :) I will have no other obligations for a month so I am trying to make ends meet while I travel! Trying something new. I am very flexible. I will put in my all and care for the pets exactly how the owner asks. I also make sure to give the furry children a ton of pets to feel loved and make up for time spent away from the owner :) I will feed and walk or jog with the dog as much as needed. However I will only be able to go to the owners place and have no pets at mine.

On weekends, I have the flexibility to plan my time around feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, and any specific routines each pet needs. As I grow on Rover, I plan to gradually expand my availability into weekdays as well. My goal is to eventually offer more flexible scheduling while still maintaining the same level of care, communication, and dependability that I provide on weekends. Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets in either my home or a client’s home. I make sure to follow all instructions exactly as provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication needs, and any house rules to keep the pet’s environment consistent and stress-free. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain a calm, clean, and secure environment. I ensure doors are properly closed and locked, pets are always supervised during visits, and I stay attentive to anything that could affect their safety or comfort. I focus on building trust with each pet by being patient, gentle, and allowing them to adjust at their own pace. I also keep pet parents updated with messages, photos, and notes so they always know how their pet is doing. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, just as they would with their own family.

About: I have owned dogs for 12+ years now and just LOVE animals. Some of my own pets have had medical issues (seizures, blindness, heart issues) so I am very familiar with how to care with not only healthy pets but ones with medical needs as well. We have fostered puppies for a local rescue, so we are also familiar with how to handle the hyper activity of a new family member. I have a full time job, but we do come home during lunch to check on our babies and take them out to potty. We are usually home all evening so your fur baby will not be alone after we get out of work. If you are looking into my dog walking services, that can be completed right after work, for however long you need the services. I have a fully fenced yard and my dogs are never left outside unattended. My wife and I care deeply about our own dogs and would put the same care and love into your dogs as well. Our dogs are not crate trained and are allowed to roam the house during the day, but we could crate your dog if that is what you prefer.

About: My name is Maggie and I am a huge animal lover. I grew up surrounded by animals, whether that be livestock or household pets. I started pet sitting for my neighbors at a young age and have been continuing my pet care journey into adulthood. Because of my many years of experience I am well informed on all sorts of animal care styles, I even worked for a pet boarding and doggy day care facility so I have knowledge in large group settings and smaller group settings of animals. My family has had experience with special needs pets and I am well-versed in animals that need a little extra care and love. I can’t wait to meet your pet and have fun with them! Currently, most of my time is spent with your pets! When I am not walking dogs or cleaning litter boxes I spend most of my time at home baking, taking care of my cat and fish tanks, and working for friends and people I’ve met as a pet/house sitter. Because of my open schedule I have the ability to give endless time and love to your pets! I live in an apartment with my kitty, she’s great with all animals and very social however if your pet does not get along well with her I have the ability to separate them in different rooms.
