1. Sean B.
“We recently entrusted our beloved Pomeranian, Bear, to Sean for the second time, and once again, we couldn't be more pleased with his exceptional service. Sean cared for Bear and our home for a full 10 days, and his attention to detail and level of care were truly impressive. From the moment Sean arrived, it was evident that Bear was in capable hands. Sean's dedication to ensuring Bear's well-being and happiness was unwavering, and it's no surprise that he is consistently in high demand. One aspect of Sean's service that particularly stood out to us was his excellent communication. Throughout Bear's stay, Sean kept us updated with regular messages and sent us pictures, which provided us with peace of mind and reassurance. Additionally, we had several packages delivered during our absence, and Sean, upon our request opened them and keep us informed. As senior pet owners, it's crucial for us to entrust Bear to someone we can rely on completely, and without a doubt, Sean has proven himself to be that person. We have absolute confidence in his abilities as a pet sitter, and we highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-tier care for their furry companions. Thank you, Sean, for your exceptional service and for providing Bear with such a wonderful experience. We look forward to booking with you again in the future.”
2. Lamarr G.
“Lamarr was great with our dogs! He is a very pleasant person to speak w and his dedication to my pets showed with how happy and relaxed they seemed when we got home! Well done.”
3. Shanikka J.
“Nikka was wonderful! She sent updates and photos regularly and was very quick with communication. When our arrival time home was later than we’d initially expected or told Nikka, she offered to stay later so our pup wouldn’t be left alone as long. She took great care of our dog and cat treated them as her own.”
4. Anna P.
“My dog was very happy. Says a lot about Anna bc he is a pill 😂😂”
5. Emily D.
“I was nervous because I've never used a sitter before. But she was awesome! She followed everything i told her and my pup was a happy guy! I will definitely book with her again.”
6. Marlena C.
“Marlena is amazing! She is so kind, extremely flexible with my schedule and very communicative. My dogs had a great day hanging with her. Would definitely recommend!”
7. Caroline B.
“Caroline did an amazing job taking care of my pups!!! Despite the fact that Sparrow has anxiety with new people and would not allow Caroline to put a leash on her to go outside, Caroline followed all of my suggestions (that did not work) and kept trying. On Sunday, she finally had success, but on the previous days, she had to clean up Sparrow's poop and pee in the house. She kept me abreast of progress and sent many pictures of my girls during my entire trip. I truly could not have hired a more caring and responsible individual. Her "stick-to-it" attitude and actions were much appreciated and her willingness to go "above and beyond," not only supported her work ethic, but also showed proof of her excellent character. I felt totally at ease in the fact that my pups were safe in her care. I would hire her again in a nano second! Thank you Caroline for being such a model caregiver!”
8. Bri A.
“Bri was absolutely AMAZING with both of our dogs that have opposite personalities (young pitbull and senior chihuahua). She gave constant updates and made us know they were in good hands. She also cuddled with them at night when they were both afraid of the storm. She made sure that all their needs were met and that they got their medications. We all love her and highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much, Bri!!!”
9. Sheila I.
“Sheila is the best pet sitter that we’ve ever had. Our two dogs have never had a better pet sitter. Sheila is like the female dog whisperer. My dogs learned to recognize the sound of her car and when she would turn onto our street they would run and sit at the door and wag their tails anxiously awaiting her. Sheila treats our dogs like they’re her children. And the best part is whenever she comes the dogs are so well behaved she has been able to work out several behavioral problems which have helped us be happier dog owners. When she moved to Cincinnati, it was a real loss. Our dogs miss her. She was like a member of the family. Sheila, please move back to Philadelphia we miss you.”
10. Brianna D.
“Brianna was great with Reggie! She is responsible and even sent me a few photo updates. Highly recommend her.”
11. Kathyrn T.
“Kate was wonderful with the dogs. A total pro. She walked them, fed them, stayed all night. The dogs were both comfortable and the little one snuggled right up on her lap. Highly recommend!”
12. Julia L.
“Julia did a great job with my herd of 2 cats and 2 dogs. She gained the trust of my VERY skeptical cat in no time! She was good about updates and responded quickly whenever I messaged her. I’d definitely use her again.”
13. Peter N.
“Peter did a fantastic job! He was very communicative. The dogs clearly loved him and he sent a lot of wonderful pictures of our little guys! We were so pleased we will definitely rebook with him! Thanks Peter!”
14. Dawn O.
“Bananas is very fond of Dawn. He was completely unfazed when I came home from my trip. His behavior tells me that he was well taken care of during my absence. Dawn took care of me, too, with lots of pictures and updates so I would not worry about my fur baby.”
15. Alex A.
“Alex did an incredible job looking after our fur babies and house, we received detailed updates and pictures daily, which we loved! When we arrived home our pets were very content and well taken care of, as well as our house! We can’t thank Alex enough for the hard work! Very grateful our dog and cat were in excellent hands while we were away. Thank you Alex!!!”
16. Jared C.
“Jared was very attentive with our dogs. He obviously cares deeply for and about animals. They got a ton of exercise and he was very communicative about how they were doing while we were away. Provided great peace of mind. Thanks for everything”
17. Emma E.
“Emma took wonderful care of our dogs while we were away! She sent lots of pictures and made sure we knew they were both safe and happy!”
18. Lauren T.
“Lauren was great, gave us many updates throughout and communicated with us very well, would recommend to anyone. Would also use her again in the future!”

About: Hi there! I am a Cincinnati realtor that works from home, runs an Airbnb and loves dogs. I have owned raised and trained 2 Labrador Retrievers and 2 Doberman Pinschers over the years who have past away. Ironically I do not currently have a dog living with me so that I can have freedom to travel without worrying about finding a sitter. But I miss having a furry ball of joy around the house. Before dogvacay/rover, I would dog sit for my mother, sister, and for a friend in the military when they were/are away. I live in the city, and can walk everywhere I normally go with a dog. Findlay Market, Washington Park Dog Park, multiple out door festivals, and one of my favorite dog friendly bars "Radio City" are all walking distance from my place, as is all of OTR. I dont have a fenced in yard, but I havent ever needed one. My neighbor allows visiting dogs to use his yard to play, and closest park is 2 blocks away! I I have met a lot of great dogs and owners on this site, and have a life full of dog caring experience. I have personally trained, bread, and shown dogs past the advanced level, and I have read and follow the techniques of Caesar Milan. I would love to meet your dog and give them the attention we all know they need while you are away! I am a realtor, I own the apartment building I live in, and I do airbnb in the other apartments and in my spare bedroom. So I work mostly from home. In my home I provide daily walks on my street and usually hang out with the dogs in my living room or bedroom. Sometimes we will go to Loveland to visit my mother who has a big yard but no dogs live there either. When I have to go somewhere that is not dog friendly, I typically leave the dog(s) in my bedroom. I own the apartment building I live in and I rent out the other 2 private apartments on airbnb, as well as the spare bedroom in my apartment. So most afternoons I am there cleaning. Other than that, I do pretty much all other work on my computer at home unless I have a showing or other appointment. Since I work from home, I'm there almost all day. Sometimes I will visit my mom in the suberbs and I always bring the dog(s) with me.
