“I had her watch my two Pitt doggos a few years ago and they were rough around the edges boys. She never had any issues with them while I was gone and made sure they had everything they wanted and needed. She weren't big on being held by anyone other than myself but she somehow got them to love up on her and allowed belly rubs. I was shocked. I think she could have dog whispering talents. It's funny because she is a cat person but does so good with dogs!!”

“Leah was so great walking my dad’s 2 senior, small dogs! The walks are a little unconventional, b/c my dad lives in an assisted living which requires some extra logistics. She showed up for the 3 daily walks & managed it perfectly. Leah was prompt, reliable, friendly, & very communicative. She sent us pics & also videos from the walks. She kept a close check on the dogs, noticing if they got too cold & keeping them from eating things off the ground they shouldn’t. About: Animals have always been my love. I’ve volunteered in animal rescue for all of my adult life and have an extensive experience with dogs, cats and horses and have experience with medicating, taking care of shy or fearful cats and dogs, and training dogs for a broad range of behavioral issues. I’ve fostered newborn kittens and feral cats in addition to giant breed dogs. And I’ve had family pets ranging from cats and toy breed dogs to giant breed dogs. I am a very gentle, calm, and caring individual and the animals seem to sense that. They can also tell when you really love them. In addition to an extensive experience with cats, dogs, and horses, I am also very familiar with aquatic animals particularly freshwater fish. I can even do water changes for your fish tanks if you’d like. If boarding, my house is in a very safe, gated community on a private cul-de-sac. The whole subdivision has miles of sidewalks for walks and is very quiet and peaceful. The backyard is fully fenced in and there is also a covered, screened in patio. Your baby will always be supervised and never be left alone at any time. The animals come first. It’s important to me that their needs are met be it food/ water, exercise, bathroom breaks, scooping the litter box, or just snuggling or playing. I’m home all day and fit my schedule around what they are accustomed to. I mainly board and doggy daycare. Please let me know if your dog has any triggers to avoid and please keep in mind that I have 1 (large) mellow dog and 3 very friendly cats. If your dog does not like the company of other animals, we can possibly work around this but let me know in advance. *Please only request to book if your dog(s) are fixed.*
