I work outside of the home so I can accommodate morning and evening walks/potty breaks and evening cuddles! I prefer to care for your pets in your own home (house sitting and drop-ins, not boarding or day-care), as the environment is familiar and it makes everything less stressful for them. I ask for detailed instructions on any routines and schedules your dog is used to and any behaviors you want me to reinforce to make the transition as smooth as possible for your pet.

I have two girl dogs myself 6 & 7 years old, I love being with them as much as possible & have raised them since they were puppies. I started taking care of my families five dogs when I was eight yrs old.I have house sat and taken care of other people's dogs for many yrs now. (Friends, family, military deployed) and until recently my own dog Koda (RIP). When I take care of dogs I feed them, take them on walks, play fetch, and work on training skills such as sit, stay, lay, etc. I can give oral meds, brush and bathe. About: I have been surrounded by animals my whole life. In my adult years, I had two dogs and two cats of my own (and all four together at one point). I used to work at my vet clinic in MS as a vet tech so I have a bit of experience handling/caring for all types of animals. I currently have a senior doggie so I am able to provide senior dog (or cat) care if needed. I will go over and beyond to make sure your fur baby (or babies) are comfortable as they normally are with you! I am in my 2nd year of medical school and currently studying at home for a couple exams so can easily make time to care for your baby as a drop in or while staying in my home with my dog, Pixie. I have a fenced in yard and large single family home which I have one room that is completely empty that could be ”the fur baby(ies) room” if need be. I can also bring my study stuff over to spend the day studying and playing with your baby in their own safe environment, but will need to run home occasionally to take care of my own dog, Pixie.

Keeping them on their routine is so important, so whether it’s early mornings, late nights, or weekends I am happy to spend time with your pets! My goal is to keep your pet safe and comfortable. I am always diligent with pet safety. I double check locks on both doors and kennels, am familiar with alarm systems, and am careful to properly store any food, treats, or other pet gadgets. While walking dogs, I keep them close to me and give a wide berth to approaching cars or other pedestrians. If possible, I can take them to a park to walk in a more controlled environment. For nighttime walks I always use a flashlight and stay off of roads.

About: I have volunteered with PetSmart’s adoption center and I have worked at a doggie boarding camp. I have experience with cats, large and small dogs, and also dogs that require medication. I love being around animals, at my previous job I took them on nature walks, scheduled playtimes and much more. I am able to pick up and drop off pets if needed if under 60 lbs. About: I have always been surrounded by pets growing up. We always had at least 2 pets at home if not more. I love both cats and dogs and have some of my own now that I am living on my own. Right now, my husband and I have 2 spoiled cats and 1 spoiled dog that we make sure live a better life than us. One of my favorite things to do with my doggos is taking them to a beautiful trail so we can both enjoy nature or snuggling up with any of my fur babies on the couch reading a good book ❤️. Im currently a stay at home pet mom to 2 cats and a dog. While my husband is at work, I can do multiple check-in's for walks, feedings, or just to hang out for a bit to make sure everything is going okay. During the evenings, I can visit for longer periods of time. If you were to chose me to care for your pets, I would ensure they get the time to warm up to me while also ensuring they know that they will be loved and cared for under my care. Boundaries are important with pets so I try and respect those. Whether you have a more independent pets or have pets that need endless amounts of attention and care, I make sure they get what they need.

About: I have very many babies of my own! I have experience working with not only dogs and cats but also fish, reptiles, and small mammals! I worked at Banfield Pet Hospital as a nurse and I'm currently working on my bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with a pre veterinary track!
